Please, how do I upload a profile picture?

Chat Room and Forums Tab >> Forum Actions >> Edit Profile >> on the left panel you can

MySettings >> Edit Profile Picture. On the right panel you have 2 options on how to change

or put a profile picture, and if you have uploaded/put the URL image click Save Changes

If you want an image to show up when you post in the forums, or when you chat in the room in your PM box, you need to upload an AVATAR instead. Just click on the word 'avatar' directly under the "High Speed" option on the main page.

A profile photo, in comparison, only shows when someone accesses your forum profile. You may upload a photo for that profile by clicking the word 'photo' on the main page underneath the menu that selects the room you enter when you go into the chat room.

Thanks a lot, I'll try the avatar option too.

Your profile picture will be the same as your avatar pic.

Go to your account, click on "account details", then click on the picture, upload a new one and click "save"..

That's for the old version of the site. Earlier this year the site was moved and changed software so posts from 2013 won't be accurate.
Looks like you figured it out though.

The chat room is a separate app and it can take time for it to "catch up" when adding or changing avatars. Give it some time and it should update.
