You're using the old way of doing things on the new system.

copy the FULL url from Youtube, then click the little 'film' button at the top of the type box, second to last, post the full url there.
Make sure that it doesn't have 'httpS://' If it has the 's' take it out before hitting ok, or the video won't post.
