I'm genuinely curious why virtually all Christians, from all denominations, and all demographics, haven't rallied behind clearly the most Conservative Traditional Republican Candidate since Ronald Raegan, namely Pro-Life Christian Conservative and Christian Nationalist (first to support Michael Cassidy, after he beheaded that Ugly Satan Idol) Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida, who has done economic wonders in his home State. The Blessing of Almighty God is so clearly upon Ron DeSantis' life that it is a wonder and a sad testament to the conflicted and divided state of Christendom Today that he hasn't picked up much more support yet, though I'm confident he will before the end.

But, seriously? Why though? Can't people compare his record with adulterous foul mouthed draft-dodging Donald Duck Trump, and see Ron DeSantis, a Military Veteran, and American Hero in his own right just like Michael Cassidy, who stood by and fought for his dear Wife Casey DeSantis when she was undergoing Breast Cancer, who paid down 25% of his State's Debt and ran Record Budget Surpluses while Trump raised the Debt by 8 TRILLION DOLLARS, how is it anything other than a No-Brainer that Ron DeSantis is vastly Superior to Donald Duck?

I'm genuinely confused. But yeah, pls do share your thoughts.

An article on this from some time ago:

"
This Article is to show why Ron De Santis is incontrovertibly a Better Conservative Christian Candidate than "Donald Duck" Trump. Here at Reasons to be Christian, we don't shy away from Politics, since Jesus Christ is King of kings. Those who do insist on staying away from Politics will not be able to work effectively to hasten that blessed day of which Sacred Scripture speaks of when it says: " Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” (Rev 11:15).
Reason 1. Ron De Santis is a Soldier, while Donald Duck (Trump) ducked/dodged avoided the Draft:

Ron De Santis is a highly Accomplished Military Veteran. After 9/11, he felt the call to serve America and so joined the Navy. This is a True Servant Leader here.
Meanwhile, Donald Duck ran away from the draft and being a Soldier and instead "battled" STDs while living in fornication and sexual sins, then bragged about it.
"Trump Boasted of Avoiding STDs While Dating: Vaginas Are 'Landmines ... It Is My Personal Vietnam'
Donald Trump likens avoiding contracting STDs during his single years to Vietnam in Howard Stern interview"

Reason 2: Ron De Santis ran Record Budget Surpluses in Florida, while Donald Duck increased Debt by 8 TRILLION DOLLARS.
1. "One of President Donald Trump’s lesser known but profoundly damaging legacies will be the explosive rise in the national debt that occurred on his watch. The financial burden that he’s inflicted on our government will wreak havoc for decades, saddling our kids and grandkids with debt.
The national debt has risen by almost $7.8 trillion during Trump’s time in office. That’s nearly twice as much as what Americans owe on student loans, car loans, credit cards and every other type of debt other than mortgages, combined, according to data from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. It amounts to about $23,500 in new federal debt for every person in the country."
2. "TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the surplus for Fiscal Year 2021-22 is $21.8 billion – the highest in state history and more than 21 percent above the state budget for the fiscal year. Collections in May were $742 million above estimates, and preliminary data for June collections are approximately $950 million above estimates.
“Despite the headwinds created by the Biden administration’s policies, Florida is in a strong fiscal position because we preserved freedom and kept our economy open,” said Governor Ron DeSantis. “Our responsible policies have allowed us to make record investments to support our communities, promote education, protect the environment, and provide record tax relief for Floridians, all while building record reserves to protect the state against the reckless fiscal policies from Washington.” [3]

Reason 3: DeSantis' Florida is the No. 1 Economy in the US
"
CNBC: Florida has the best economy in the U.S.
Up from No. 4 last year, CNBC ranked Florida as having the best economy in all 50 states, something Gov. Ron DeSantis is happy to point out." [4]
Reason 4: Post Debate Poll Update
[Added since Trump loves talking about the Polls]

"And so it begins: "De Santis overtakes Trump in Poll
"After the five-day convention—which included speeches from Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Florida Congresswoman Kat Cammack and former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake—36.6 percent of the attendees indicated that they wanted to see DeSantis as the next Republican presidential candidate. Trump trailed with 35.4 percent of the vote." [5]

All right, Cameron. I just want to go on record saying I expect DeSantis to handily win Iowa. And I encourage people to vote their conscientious convictions, inspired by their Christian Faith, or Pro-Life Values, of course, and not what the polls say, or the liberal media says, or this or that pundit says, prioritizing of course the most important issue of ending the Abortion Holocaust. We are at a pivotal moment in a history, where a DeSantis Presidency would seal Conservative Victory for a lifetime, in America. Then, from America, Pro-Life Conservatism having decisively triumphed, in 2025 etc, it can spread to Europe, and then from America and Europe, to the rest of the world. God expects Christian and Christian Majority Nations to be the light of the world. And to vote is a great moral responsibility, and it is the duty of Christian Voters to vote their Faith.

"Ted Cruz was able to defeat Donald Trump in the Iowa Caucus by winning over Evangelical caucus-goers;[1] Cruz won 51,666 caucus votes or 27.6%, giving him a net gain of one delegate over Trump. Cruz visited all 99 counties of Iowa and held small events.[2] Cruz outperformed his polling average, which predicted a narrow Trump victory in the caucus. Following poor performances in the caucuses, Rand Paul,[3] Mike Huckabee[4] and Rick Santorum[5] suspended their campaigns."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_Iowa_Republican_presidential_caucuses A reminder of 2016, where the Polls were saying one thing, and the actual result was another. And of course, right on cue, Donald Duck falsely accused Ted Cruz of cheating.

Whenever Trump loses, it can never be because Trump is a loser. It always has to be because the opponent cheated. This is the absurdity of Trumpism, and he is the boy who cried wolf, and who doesn't deserveto be trusted when he does it time and time again. Even the Supreme Court Justices he himself appointed threw out the false cases he filed because there was no merit to them.

Flashback to Feb 2016, Trump accuses Cruz of "stealing" https://www.politico.com/story/2016/02/trump-cruz-stole-iowa-tweet-deleted-218674

Whither, America? Where are you headed? Follow Don the Con to Hell, or Saintly Ron De Santis to the New Jerusalem.

The stakes have never been higher in these last 50 to 60 years, since Roe v Wade, and "free love" to winning the Culture War. This is the time for the decisive battle. Hitler and Stalin must fall, and the Abortion Holocaust must end. Deus Vult.

And I just heard from someone in the know that the DeSantis campaign, per their internal polling, has 60,000 caucus commitment cards. If that's even remotely accurate, recalling Cruz won 51,666 votes and won Iowa, DeSantis will win and win fairly easily. It's just a Psy-Op from the Liberal Media, who know who they hate, Ron DeSantis, and don't want him to win.

Trump is about Trump and always has been.

If he is the nominee I will stay home.
I was going to say this is the same as voting for the satanic democrats.

But then I remembered, that I’m staying home if Niki Haley is the nominee.

As far as Trump and the abortion issue, who do you think appointed the Supreme Court justices that tipped the scales in revoking the baby murdering roe vs wade decision?

Human beings are alive today because Trump did that.

Christians are not serious in winning the Pro-Life Battle. This is what I've seen over the last nearly 10 years.

Not serious at all. Defeatist, pessimist, believing absurd heresies like the supposed Pre-Trib Rapture, escapist, etc.

Christians will win Pro-Life Battles once Christians live like Real Christians. Fight like you would fight to end the Holocaust.

I always call abortion the silent holocaust when I speak about it. I was shocked the last vote we had for governor in our state, the Bible belt, who claims to be Christian but supports abortion and trans etc. Yet they voted him in again. I just was mind boggled, I just keep asking why? I cannot understand it.

I was going to vote for DeSantis, but after what the Colorado Supremes did to Trump, I'm voting for him just to stick a finger in their eye.

And this is where I don't understand Americans. What they are doing to Trump is a big deal. They are interfering in the election. This is beyond Trump. The implications are far beyond him. If they can frame him for something he hasn't been convicted of and take his name off the ballot, not one person's rights in this country after this. Every true patriot should be voting for Trump for this reason. Hold your nose, pinch your toes, flap your ears, but vote for the REPUBLIC!! That's as close as I can come to Mel Gibsons speech against the Brits.

Trumps the only one who has proven He has a large enough set of low hanging fruit to be able to stand up to corrupt bureaucrats in Washington D.C. and the rest of the World.

Well it sure isn't the GOP who will do it. They just now roused themselves to say something of the people thrown in jail on Jan 6 for no reason. If I was a lawyer right now I would be rep-ing them for free and ripping the Dems a new blow hole, but a little lower. ;)

When I look at the waste of the last two administrations, I will be voting for DeSantis in the Florida primary. He is by far a better candidate than Trump, and he will make a much better president.
I disagree but I'm not going to put an emoji to it. You have a right to vote whoever you wish to. I do hope you pray before you do.

Trump is about Trump and always has been.

If he is the nominee I will stay home.

Well, here's the deal for you that plan to sit at home, if we get Biden again then what? People are suffering under this president. To me it's more than a distaste for Trump we are talking about. Medicine always tastes bitter. And this is what the whole thread about "what would make you not vote for Trump" comes down to. This is where the rubber meets the road. Now we have Trump and Biden again. Biden has allowed an invasion into this country. The border is wide open, we have no clue who is here, but you can be assured that our enemies know. People can't afford to eat, they can't to heat their homes, IF they can afford a home. They can't afford gas, Biden has taken our reserves. He allowed balloons to fly over our states. We only have his word that nothing happened or was spread when they went over. You believe that I have some ocean front property... The head hog for our military was flat out of commission and the president did not know it!!! It that doesn't scare you, it should!!

Let's move on from there to abortion. Under Biden what do you think will happen? There is a reason you can't nail them down to an answer. They want no restrictions on abortion. None!! The next people they will be coming for are the elderly watch and see. They criticized Melania when she did the WH up for Christmas. Do really think she would have had tap dancing trans dressed like little girls waltzing through the WH?! Do you think trans would be on the WH lawn exposing their breasts?! Let's move to crime. Stores are folding up and leaving most big cities. They have to lock up everything so it won't be stolen. You can't walk the streets even in the middle of the day for fear of being shot or attacked. Why?? Because the Dems have told them, go get your reparations. They say it on the news all the time with big smiles on their face. We're at the point now where the victims are in jail and the criminals own the streets.

We still have American hostages, correct? Don't we? Does anyone know?! The president has a nice sun tan, we know that and that eats lots of parm chicken and, don't forget dear, you like ice cream!! I would be hell on wheels right now if that were my loved one. Nothing is being said. Literal crickets. Do you think Trump would sitting on his behind doing nothing with American hostages still captive?!! No you better believe he wouldn't!! And the media wouldn't let him!! But Joe, he gets a pass.

So I guess I need to start a thread with this post and ask people how can they sit at home when the country is in such a dangerous position?? We have war on two fronts and another one promising war. So how do you all justify folding your hands and allowing us all to suffer so much under this man again??! That's my question.

I thought you laid this out very well and made a great presentation for DeSantis as a superior candidate. And I agree. I also thought Cruz was a better candidate in 2016. So if your premise is correct that it should be a slamdunk, perhaps your assumption is wrong. Perhaps there are far fewer actual Christians than you suppose.

Umm and perhaps there are Christians that see America being destroyed by radical Dems that are pushing an ill president to fulfill all their fantasies. And we see whats happening, the same as the first time, and we aren't willing to sit on our round behinds and let Bidens crew take the country into Marxism or Communism, or both. People before us fought, and we feel a duty to do the same. Churchill is the good man now, but in his day he was a failure, a drunk and a loudmouth. But he sure did pull their ungrateful ar%es through to the other side. Surely I'm not the only one that sees what is at stake here?

DT's Methodist Episcopal he said the big influence in his life was Norman Vincent Peale but if you search "Norman Vincent Peale Donald Trump" it will all pop up...

Mmm humm he also talked about needing a Savior, and he said "I'm not it". But no one wants to quote anything he may have said that was positive. Like a duck on a June Bug ever since he said he was running the first time. It's hypocritical. No politician has ever been so closely scrutinized.

I think the evidence is in that Trump tower is a temple of Baal. He is clearly a Freemason with the hand signals. I have said this many times and he has too, he is not coming as a savior, he is coming for retribution. I see this as two mafiosa families gunning it out with each other.
No, I disagree, I think he's coming for a reckoning. And if true patriots were awake and had a lick of sense in this country, they'd stand behind him all the way.
