This is like a minority report movie, which predicts future crimes, and then kills the criminal in advance. Then this person will think he is innocent.
Or maybe someone wants to kill because of anger, but he doesn't really kill. Does God should to kill this person?
Or do you think God should warn people who want to sin in advance and tell them not to do so? Do people really not know this?

Humans kill innocent children. God watches and doesn't intervene. What's it mean?
When it comes time I'll sure ask him.
While that doctrines teachers and followers that teach and believe children and babies are not innocent and are sinners will answer to God.

Many believers say that Jesus is God. In fact, they misunderstand it. Jesus is the human as us, but the difference is that Jesus was born from the Holy Spirit. The spirit of God really lives in him, and Jesus is united with the spirit of God. This can be seen from Peter's seeing that Jesus walked on the sea. Jesus said that Peter could do the same. Peter did take two steps on the sea, But at last Peter fell into the sea because of his little faith. Should we also say that Peter can walk on the sea that Is Peter God?
Some people say that only God is innocent. If Jesus is not God, he can not take the place of people to commit our sins. Jesus once expressed this to Pharisee. Can't God forgive sins? So Jesus was indeed innocent, and he took our Transgressions for us.
Jesus is the image of the invisible God
When we see Jesus, we see God But this does not mean that Jesus is the God,
But the son and the father are united as one, just as we are united as one with Jesus, but we are not Jesus.

I never thought that children have sinned, but children are flesh and blood bodies. sin entered into our flesh and blood bodies, it didn't mean that Someone have sinned But people will die.

We like to think that we are good, and that even without the grace of God we would still never commit depraved evils like murder- especially child murder. Only soulless cartoon-villains actually become murderers of random people, or so we think.
We have to become humble like little children, and not be puffed up with knowledge. Not "innocent". Nobody is innocent.
Everyone will answer to God. You aren't getting it. Children might not be transgressors- but they are sinners. But even some of them ARE transgressors. You can't see god writing things on young people's hearts.
You don't actually know when they know good and evil or NOT, so don't act like you do. You don't. The bible says you don't. No one does. So get over yourself, please.
