Testifying in 2023 before Congress is just for show. After all is said and done, Congress has not addressed a single issue and brought it to a satisfactory conclusion. Indeed Congress has handed its power over to Biden, and now they are simply playing games to fool the public. Why didn't impeachment proceedings against Biden begin a long time ago? He should have already been removed from office, if for nothing else than the fact that he is incapable mentally and physically.

Here is why:

"A grand jury issues an indictment. It usually (universally?) does so at the recommendation of a federal prosecutor, who may decide based on a recommendation from the FBI."

The sleazy corrupt DOJ must indict.

But insofar as a civil lawsuit is concerned, the sky is the limit. Trump is going to clean up. Big time.

It would be a lot easier to go to civil court after winning in criminal court. The fact that they are not indicted and prosecuted and convicted of a crime will make it much harder to win in civil court. You don't beat Putin or any thug in civil court until you first take them down. First you bind the strong man, then you can plunder his house.

Civil court is simply balance of probabilities. This thing is in the bag IMO.

IMO the US is Sodom and Gomorrah, and The outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great and their sin so grievous 21 that the Lord sent angels down to see if what they have done is as bad as the outcry that has reached Him and sadly, it is. Now if their had been fifty righteous people we would not have see the election fraud. Actually even if there were only 45 or even 40 this would still not be too late. All we needed at the time of the 2022 election and Kari Lake's election being robbed was 30 righteous, and all we needed to keep them from robbing the country with latest spending bill was twenty. Finally, all we needed with the Durham investigation and the Hunter Biden laptop was ten righteous people. Any prayer we might have had that the Lord will not judge this country with fire is gone.

What was going on in Sodom was human trafficking and industrial harvesting of human tissue and organs. And insane ritualistic sexually deviant stuff to go along with it. This in an effort to reverse the curse and obtain pseudo eternal life some other way.

The Sodomites were intensely interested in the angelic beings for this very purpose. They saw great potential in their "special properties".

So yea, in that sense we are just about there.

With the rejection from the DC US Attorney, the team sought the approval to bring tax charges for years 2016-2019 in the Central District of California. Shapley concluded that “the Central District of California declined to allow charges to be brought there.”

The rejection to bring charges in DC and California stands in stark contrast to the testimony of Attorney General Garland, who in March of 2023 stated that US Attorney Weiss had the full authority to “bring cases in other jurisdictions.” Garland also said that he personally would ensure that Weiss could “carry out his investigation and that he [would] be able to run it.” Both those statements now appear to be false. (Your humble author thinks the Republicans knew Garland was making misrepresentations at the time.)

Preferential treatment of Hunter Biden might be an understatement. In reality, it was sabotage, the affirmative effort to decline investigative steps and deny prosecutors the ability to bring charges. The DOJ’s conduct included:

“included slow-walking investigative steps, not allowing enforcement actions to be executed, limiting investigators' line of questioning for witnesses, misleading investigators on charging authority, delaying any and all actions months before elections.”​
Prosecutors even wanted to remove Hunter Biden’s name from electronic search warrants and document requests, even though this could cause investigators to not get certain evidence.

U.S. Attorney David Weiss found probable cause for a search warrant on Hunter Biden's residence but the DOJ with Bill Barr in charge stopped him from executing it.

I knew and have been saying for years that Barr is ex-CIA and a DS stooge. Trump was soooo stupid he could not figure this out.
Trump was just too dumb and probably scared to fire these clowns and get legit people into these positions of authority.
