In fact there is evidence that the very first thing Trump did as President was to slow down the human trafficking at our border. There is also a first hand account of a girl that was a minor who had been trafficked, and she said it was Donald Trump who helped her escape.

Therefore, if we look at the actions it seems to me Trump knew about the child trafficking and pedophilia (he was close friends of the Clintons), stood against it and has been working to bring them down.

The verse for me is "do not judge before the time". We don't know the whole story, God does. There are people, like the guy in the movie the Sound of Freedom who was a cartel member, repented, and then worked to rescue the kids.
