I think a measure for the countries that are awake are reflected by the brave collection of international journalists who were brace enough to go to the WEF and attempt to interview and expose attendees and leaders of WEF...
There may be an interim period of confusion - but it seems that the people who live in China and Russia are an example of recognizing the respective Cabal affiliated Mafia's that have a strangle hold on the corruption at the highest levels within those countries - similar to our new found appreciation and acknowledgement here...
