Suppose you were the corporate lawyer for a major corporation that will be investigated if the Republicans take control of the Senate and Congress and your internal polls, the ones that are accurate, tell you that is going to happen. What would you advise your client?

If your client has liability you can mitigate that by cooperating. The best cooperation is if you can give a bigger fish to the Feds and if you are first.

Now everyone knows that Elon's rise has been aided by his close association with our intelligence agencies.

So then calling out Hillary Clinton and Biden is a signal that those two are expendable. This is the "blood in the water" signal to all the sharks.
