my belief at this time is that Catholics and Protestants (but NOT all) will unite to form the fake church and the True Church will be persecuted--- meaning those who truly love Jesus and adhere to His Commandments (not suggestions, commandments.. "If you love Me you will keep My Commandments")
It will be a war between the real believers and the fake ones.. just as it is now a war between true conservatives and... everyone else.
The Catholic Church which I was "raised in" (though I was not catechized well and ... long story) is all but gone from the face of the earth, it seems... that's just MY take. God may see things differently, but I do know that God and I are on the same page in many ways...

Persecute me for saying that if you will but it happens to be the unadulterated truth. I have "done the math"... I have read the early Church fathers.. In fact, you will find Catholicism in the Bible.. you just have to open your eyes and your mind and heart.. and stop believing what others have told you. A person should definitely read the early Church fathers (who spoke in a Catholic way... the Church was called Catholic at least as early as 107 AD [extant writings show])

The key to determining which church Christ did and did not establish, as well as which church is Christ's true church today is found in Revelation 12:17 KJV and Revelation 14:12 KJV, and please pay special attention to the emphasis:

Therefore, God's "remnant" church today is the same as it was in the beginning: - the church which keeps the commandments of God

The book of Daniel establishes the meaning of hybrid animal/human beasts as representing a system, religion or nation. Horns proceeding out of the head of these hybrid beasts represent leaders or a succession of leaders.

RCC FUTURISM dictates the End Times myth, which is constantly and continually preached in protestant churches despite its lack of scriptural substance and logic. The dogma of the Tribulation, for instance, is especially abhorrent in that it justifies anti-Semitic hatred and murder of Jews as an act pleasing to God. In this version of hate language Jews are subjected to tribulation until and unless they join a church. If this isn't hate language, then tell me what is. In all of this, the protestant church of America underlines and supports RCC doctrine.

Some have described the Second Beast's "two horns with no crowns" to mean "a country with no king and a church with no Pope"....or "Protestantism and Republicanism"...

In America, the entire nation is drunk on the brutality of war. This has been true since the Vietnam war and continues to destroy the political & financial structure of our nation.

No one, and I do mean no American considers the ramifications and pure unadulterated immorality of the wars we as Americans have been pursuing. At present the United States is illegally involved in more than SIX foreign wars. This does not include the War on Drugs, which is an ongoing joke since our government has no intention of stopping the flow of drugs into America.
Matthew 5:9 quotes Jesus saying, "blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God."
SO..... if peacemakers are the children of God, what definition does the American war machine fulfill? Answer truthfully, for NO American politician dares to consider peace as an alternative to our globalized war. The United States has the largest military on the planet - so large in fact that our navy is bigger than the next seventeen nations combined, most of which are our allies. Is such a behemoth necessary for defense or is it necessary to feed the maw of the military-industrial complex?
The most highly decorated Marine Corps General in US history, Smedley D. Butler understood all too well the real nature of the US Marine Corps and US foreign policy in general when he concluded after his retirement in 1931 that;
"I spent 33 years and four months in active military service, and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism."
As a six year permanently wounded veteran, I can testify as to the truth of General Butler's comment. Chicken hawks, or those who only sit in padded arm chairs and wave the flag, usually disagree.
The national debt is crippling the nation even as our innocent youth are being called out to defend the nation. Their service has nothing at all to do with defense of our homes, but everything to do with defending corporate American assets abroad. This situation is criminal and downright wrong, but good Christians from the Atlantic to the Pacific shore all agree that war is the best policy.
What happened to peace? It is not even considered in the battle for the minds and hearts of Americans? It's all about partisan politics and the smoke screen designed to goad us into yet more wars. Someone will doubtless call me out on this post. To them I say that I strive to be a child of God and seek peace. Patriotism shrouded in war is not Christian, neither does it benefit the country.

And which mindset thrives on war? Not true Conservatives. We don't want war, but unfortunately, evil men find their way into power and convince us that we must "defend ourselves against the abroad", but again, they are being misled by servants of Beelzebub. Leftists who LOVE to engage in exploitation, subjugation and dominance, and murder of the innocent, because their minds are controlled by the devil.
Even in Biblical times, God ordained the borders of His people and eventually brought them to the land, intending to drive out the occupants with hornets - not by war.

The reader is missing my point - point being that the ENTIRE nation is drunk on war.

Bush. 911 and the wars that followed, which continue to this day, were begun by conservatives - President George W. Bush and his gang of administrators (Dick Cheney for the most part). Liberals do not have their hands clean either, since President Obama continued the policy of drone assassination of innocent people (including in at least one case an American citizen).
He or she who pledges allegiance to the government of this nation is a supporter of its policies. It has been long established that the civilian population of a nation is as much a part of a war effort as the soldiers in the front line. Attend or watch any reunion of a soldier with his or her family and you'll see what I mean. When I returned from active duty more than half a century ago I was greeted with the F bomb. This is not so today. Everybody expresses their love and support of our murdering warriors abroad. Make no mistake, the whole operation is illegal by any and every standard one wishes to employ.
Jesus NEVER supported the government, either Jewish or Roman. He paid the legal taxes and obeyed civil laws. That's it and that's all He gave unto Caesar. That's all that's expected of us (Romans 13:1).
Finally, the 1st commandment must be respected and obeyed. If God is given 100% of our allegiance, then there is nothing of that sort reserved for the government. Its NOT a 50/50 proposition!
America has turned its back upon God. We have ignored and denied Him to the extent that consideration of that which is due to HIM has been neglected even by Sunday church going folks. Nearly every church has an American flag on display in the front of the auditorium. The flag is posted with all other symbols and flags to its own left according to flag etiquette. This means that every other icon is subservient and of less importance than the flag - including the cross displayed in the middle.
God is judging America and His thrashing will continue to be worse as time goes by. Until and unless we humble ourselves and repent of our SINs and wickedness the troubles that visit us will become greater and greater.
If conservatives don't want WAR, why do they support it? No one wants peace, dear sir - nobody.

Politics, in a democratic society, is a device provided to the voting public to voice their choices as to how their government ought to be administered and by whom.
Unfortunately the political engine that drives our nation has been corrupted to the point that it is major financial contributors that guide political policy, not voters. As soon as any candidate is elected to public office his or her first concern is to begin fund raising for reelection. Voters contribute little or nothing to the process while mega contributors provide the funding for candidacy. It is their voice and intentions that are respected, not the voters. This is why the phrase, "America has been sold out" is used today. It is no longer the nation of the voter. The government belongs to big corporations and their interests.
That being said, it is an historic trend for great empires to die by division. Internal forces begin to rip them apart and when financial difficulty arises to a critical point the whole corrupt edifice crumbles into the dust of history. This cycle has repeated over and over again throughout history. It is happening in America. Division is the primary engine of destruction for all empires. It killed the Soviet Union, the Roman Empire and ancient Israel and it is destroying America.
The vultures are already at work eating away at the dead carcass of a once great nation.
Watch and learn, pilgrim.

So you know all Christians everywhere? That's a big statement. You lose credibility by statements without a basis. Christians can and should conform to the legal authorities, unless in direct contradiction of God's word. Christians have the indwelling Holy Spirit to lead and guide into the truth. Governments do not save anyone. Lord Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords, not Donald Trump or Joe Biden. Lord Jesus rules, not the USA.
If Christians only knew it, we are the real authority in heaven and earth. Lord Jesus gave us His power, authority and name. Instead of bleating about the state of the world, we should be binding Satan, resisting him and breaking his hold over the earth and the people of the earth. A few do know this. Satan fears them more than any others. He attacks them more than any others also. God's grace is sufficient and we overcome.
Expect the world to be corrupt and deceived. God has ensured that it will happen.

The USA has declined morally under both Republican and Democrat administrations. Don't blame the people of the world. If you are a Christian, go look in the mirror. The rot began in the 60's with the "do your own thing" selfishness that gripped the youth. Woodstock was a symptom of the rot setting in. It's been all downhill since. Lord Jesus gave His authority and power to the church. What have we done with it? From what I can see, not a whole lot that relates to the Kingdom of God.

No basis? If not "God and country" heard all around the country? At Trump rallies? On display via the "Christian flag" and the American flag standing side by side on every pulpit on TV? Let's not be unnecessarily provocative and simply ASK for clarification next time.
The fact that Christians are supposed to be "light" and "salt" had done little to convince them to give up seeking a political solution for our preservation and start seeking Jesus to come for our evacuation. Like the song says, too many of us want to go to heaven, we just don't want to go right now.
Back in the late 90's, my dad told a woman who claimed to believe in both Once Saved Always Saved and Immortal Soul doctrine that she really didn't believe in either one, because if she did, she would have taken a gun and killed her family and herself so that they could go and immediately be with Jesus instead of wasting time in this miserable world of heartbreak...then he told her that Heaven's Gate cult believed Jesus was in that spaceship in the tail of the comet, and they acted on their faith.
The fact that Christians are supposed to be "light" and "salt" had done little to convince them to give up seeking a political solution for our preservation and start seeking Jesus to come for our evacuation. Like the song says, too many of us want to go to heaven, we just don't want to go right now.
