Here’s the thing, no one looks questionable when they knee-jerk to conspiracy theory every time a major event happens. I mean why would it look silly to automatically think everything is a conspiracy?

At this point, with some people, it’s like reliable clock-work. As soon as anything major happens in the news, you can count on them spouting off a conspiracy theory. But nothing suspect about that whatsoever.

That is backwards.

If I assume it is an attack and after careful examination determine it was an accident what is the harm?

On the other hand if I assume it wasn't an attack and then a little while later the full on assault begins and I am caught sitting on my hands what is the harm?

So there is much greater harm in wrongly assuming it wasn't an attack than in wrongly assuming it was.

On the other hand If I assume it is an attack and after careful examination determine it was there is benefit in immediately responding correctly.

Whereas if I assume it wasn't an attack and it turns out I am right there is no benefit there.

In the 80s we had knee-jerk liberals. Now days we have knee-jerk conspiracy theorists. Doesn’t matter what happens, the first reaction is CONSPIRACY!!!!!!!

The term "conspiracy theory" was coined by the CIA to discredit those questioning the official report on the JFK assassination. People who continue to spout that term as a way to discredit others asking very reasonable questions are either useful idiots for the CIA or else have an agenda to discredit all inquiry into an event.

Ok well whatever term or word you want to plug into my statement, it still stands, we have knee-jerk”whatever you want to call them” every time something happens in the news, and knee-jerking every time to whatever you want to call it, just seems suspect.

Abound in droves these days.

I prefer to call them by their more modern title of "the Borg Collective".

Completely devoid of critical thought. The perfect citizen for them.

Everything that we have come to expect from the Public school education.

Especially considering this is the conspiracy forum.......but it must interest you enough, to click on the forum, and read what people say. Not unless you came to just mock the thoughts, of people who are looking for the truth.

How about actually adding to the discussion and give counter points?

We all could be a little friendlier to each other here...... :)

It was a good try, but saying, "Now days we have knee-jerk conspiracy theorists.", isn't the most intellectual statement. So, let's undermine the messenger, but not the message?!?!

For anyone reading this post, I officially have no idea what ZNP is talking about, and I think all governmental agencies are above reproach and full of sweet saints of Jesus.

I disavow everything in this thread, and in every other thread... and... anything I've ever said myself... because I'm just an emotional person who should never be taken seriously.

I know nothing about nothing; I have no opinions of any kind, and I don't know any of these people.

Amen.

Probably too late to disavow now friend.

Google and the NSA can just punch up their "Maxwell" file and know what your 1st goldfish was named. much less your legions of subversive, anti government posts!

Obama Bin Laden had wmds.
Got a long war started and tens of thousands killed.
It only benefitted those invested in the contract companies.
