Joe Biden Just Got Some Very Bad News About His So-Called Jan 6th “Insurrection” –
Joe gambled and put all his chips on January 6th, and it looks like he’s about to go bust…
What happened at the Nations Capitol on January 6th was unfortunate, but it was not an “insurrection” as you’ve been told it was by the lying media, Dems, and GOP #NeverTrump swampers.
Just recently, we discovered that the story the New York Times told about Capitol police officer Brian Sicknick being murdered by a Trump supporter with a “fire extinguisher” was completely fake. He died of “natural causes.”
Nonetheless, his death is tragic, but once again, media and politicians used this poor man as a weapon to demonize Trump supporters.
One of the saddest things about that day was that an unarmed Trump supporter by the name of Ashli Babbit lost her life for no reason. And 4 months later, her death still remains a mystery. In addition, officer Sicknick’s death, which is shrouded in fake news, propaganda, and mystery is also a crying shame.
But the bottom line is that most of the people charged in the January 6th melee will not serve a single day in jail, and according to a new piece in Politico, that will be a massive embarrassment for Joe Biden, the Dems, and media, since they’ve spent months painting the event to be the worst thing that’s ever happened to our nation, resulting in massive crackdowns, and turning the Nation’s Capital into a dystopian version of the “Hunger Games.”
The most recent media attention has been focused on the more high-profile conspiracy cases against groups like the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys. But the bulk of the cases involve smaller, low-level incidents that in reality are “trespassing” charges, at best.
Politico conducted an analysis of the cases and they discovered that about 230 of these cases amount to nothing more than low-level misdemeanors.
That’s a very, very far cry from the “domestic terrorism” attack we were promised by the media and Biden’s admin.
A POLITICO analysis of the Capitol riot-related cases shows that almost a quarter of the more than 230 defendants formally and publicly charged so far face only misdemeanors.
A POLITICO analysis of the Capitol riot-related cases shows that almost a quarter of the more than 230 defendants formally and publicly charged so far face only misdemeanors. Dozens of those arrested are awaiting formal charges, even as new cases are being unsealed nearly every day.
In recent days, judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys have all indicated that they expect few of these “MAGA tourists” to face harsh sentences.
The piece goes on to explain that while violent assaults in the Capitol are rare, protests and acts of civil disobedience — such as disrupting congressional hearings or even House and Senate floor sessions, are common.
What that means is that prosecutors and judges will have to weigh how much more punishment Trump supporters who invaded the Capitol during the Electoral College count deserves versus an anti-war protester interrupting the State of the Union address, or Trump’s inauguration, or the Kavanaugh hearing.
Prosecutors have already begun signaling that plea offers will be coming soon.
They’ve also quietly acknowledged that many of the cases are not very “complex.”
Watch how fast the “insurrection” narrative disappears when these cases start actually hitting the courts.
The media and Dems will hyper-focus on the high-profile ones, but it’ll become apparent to everyone, that the “worst incident in US history” ended up with more harmless misdemeanor charges than anything else.
This is just another example of the feds overcharging to get a headline and teach the peasants a lesson.
