I'm not condemning anyone, just giving my opinion which is based on scripture.
I KNOW I'm not perfect, but at least I don't take pride in my sin. That's my whole point.

You're well versed, but maybe you should read my posts better.
Not accusing you Brother just letting you know even though you do not mean it you come across as better than others, when there is no respect of persons with Father through Son is there?
Does God view anyone better than the other, whether they beleive or do not beleive?
Is Moses, Abraham, Noah viewed better than you or a person that does not believe, that might come to belief?
After the cross it is shown no respect of persons all of us are the same, and need Christ the savior that took away the sin of the world, and that sin is unbelief if one will change their mind and belief

Do you see the depth of this love to all Mark?
[h=3]Ephesians 3:16-18[/h]Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]16 [/SUP]that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; [SUP]17 [/SUP]that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, [SUP]18 [/SUP]may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;

Colossians 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

Romans 2:4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

Mark Brother, God just love you the same as God loves all the same as shown by son,
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

How many of us all or a few?

Funny that you recognize that only NOW,
because all this time I've known where YOU are coming from. :rolleyes:

Well Brother glad to know you are growing in God'a amazing grace as I am still also, love you and as said I have no intention to harm anyone ever, I just want and desire to be led without condemnation since Father told me this:
Romans 8:1
There is therefore now nocondemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

And since you get that a lot, maybe you might need to look into that and how it seems to come out wrong to others then you think maybe?

Amen, thank you and my ancestry is German, last name Schultz, I am not fighting you if it seems I am, I do not beleive that way at all. I think it better tro hear each other without condemnation. I see this as love my neighbor as myself, so I choose not to condemn anyone.

I've only read the original post, an I will be responding to that alone.

A short answer is: It's complicated.

Now for the longer: Someone can be a Christian and have same sex attractions, this is not sinful. It is a damaged and corrupted view of sexuality caused by the Fall of Man.

However acting on said attractions in either mind or body IS sinful, whether it's pornography, lust, or the actual physical act.

Furthermore, the Bible always condemns ALL forms of homosexual behavior. The Greek and Hebrew words used in the original text refers to both the active and passive members of homosexual sex. Nowhere are distinctions involving things such as consent. To put it simply, the Bible always condemns homosexual behavior as a sin, despite what some "pro-gay" advocates try to make up.

Lastly, you said that you know gay people with good relationships with God, and this might be true. I struggle with pornography addiction, but I still have a relationship with God. However, if the people you know are Bible-believing Christians, they should be trying to resist the temptation if homosexuality.

God bless you, and may you grow and prosper in the faith.

A gay christian,, First of all i do not think that any christian,or should i say follower of christ,has the right to judge a woman or man for being gay! or a bisexual!! I believe that being followers of christ,, we should practice wat jesus said wen he told us not to judge others and also when he said that those who have no sin should throw stone on the prostitute woman;; What am trying to say is since we are all sinners and no one is righteous', we should learn to accept others the way they are!! Btw am not a gay christian, am just a christian who believes in a God who loves us all equally:Gay/Straight I love you gays!! And our heavenly father(God) loves u even more!! Salut!! To you gay christians

I think being homosexual is deeply rooted in the mind like many other serious mental illnesses. We all are tempted or prone to do certain things, and when we cant control our actions it may be because our mind is sick. People live their lives in many different ways and lots of people live in open sin. The difference between most people living in open sin and homosexual sin is this. The other sinners dont try to intimidate and threaten everyone else into endorsing and supporting their sinful lifestyles. There is nothing good, or helpful, or natural about homosexuality. Homosexual mental illness is usually followed by another. Look at the statistics.

I dont judge homosexuals however I dont find irony in homosexual christians. Homosexuality is a sin but everyone is a sinner we all come.to Christ because we need Him. There is some sort of dysfunction in homosexuality. I noticed that one man always behaves extremely feminine while the other is more masculine essentially attempting to mimic a heterosexual relationship. If it were natural, the relationships wouldn't blatantly mimic heterosexual relationships. Why emulate the very thing you claim not to want to be ? Thats questionable. at the end of the day, I love my brothers and sisters in Christ but I hate sin...yours and mine.

Yes I don't judge or be hateful towards them either as we are not to be. We are to show love, caring, and forgiveness to everybody. However the bible says that you can not walk in willful sin and still be saved.
