Corgi... ugh. Little yapping dog that barks whenever a leaf falls.

I dunno, there are a few dogs out of almost every breed that don't fit the model. Perhaps yours does not bark all the time. But corgis in general... ugh.

First 6 didn't work out?
Well the first three didn't work out. They all died. First one died from eating poison mushrooms. Second one died from eating poison mushrooms too. Third one died from a fractured skull. She wouldn't eat the mushrooms...

Man, that was a bit dark for my usual humor. Maybe I need to listen to more Jerry Clower.

Corgis are so adorable though! I would much rather have a small dog than a big one! :D Not that I don't like big dogs but I like little dogs more.

I have a chihuahua and my mom a toy poodle.

My male corgi (kirby) is energetic, but quiet most of the time. The female (annie) is lazy, and barks at everything ;). I'm a dog sitter, and most dogs bark less than them overall hahahaha! Corgis only bark because that's how they move the cows. Otherwise, the cows wouldn't be scared of them at all. It's all good ;) at least the bark is a low pitch one.

Because I have never dated a Christian, God fearing woman. Because I have made terrible relationship choices while living a life of sin. Praise God for leading me back to Him. I will do my best to learn from my mistakes and let Him lead me to the perfect woman for me.

I am a single guy because I have courage at the wrong times maybe. When I'm around guys at work everyone talks about who they hollerd at. or they say how many girlfriends they've had. I think to myself its not like winning medals. You want to find the right match you know. I'm too shy maybe.

I married young, I was naive and it was a whirlwind rushed engagement by a guy who was a bit older than I was. We were engaged for 10 months. I saved myself for marriage, everything seemed to be perfect.

There were some conflicts, and warning signs but I was too kind to mention them. I just wanted to make him happy. I tried so hard and fought for the marriage alone. I didn't realize how taxing it could be to feel so alone.

Things seemed to get better, and we had our son. Soon afterwards and for the rest of the marriage it was just loneliness, roommates, no intimacy (on his part), and finally he confessed that he had been unfaithful for a long time. That was the end. All of my hopes and dreams unraveled.

It took a long time to get to a place where I could feel good again. Dating was not even an option to me for a long time. I just focused on my amazing son, and myself.

I Started reading the Bible, and coming on CC and it helped me to be around others who wanted to study the Bible and seek Good Things in life. I've made mistakes along the way, gained friends, and have learned a lot.

I am preparing myself for dating again. This time as a single mommy :) It is definitely scary and overwhelming to think about. Thanks for reading :)

I think I'm single because I refuse to settle, and although that may be a good or bad thing, I tend to sink my ownself

Not entirely sure why I'm single.
I don't mean that in an arrogant way like "Pffft, girls should be all over me"....I just don't know why I'm single.

[Pointless comment....should have just closed the tab]

I had a strange dream about this topic last night. This woman came up and started talking with me nicely while I was involved in arguing with an odd assortment of atheists and people deceived by cults, correcting them, as is my habit. I tried to ignore her but eventually all the atheists and cult members left and it was just her talking about everyday things.

I told her I wasn't interested and that her life would be much better with someone else, someone who was successful in the world and could give her the material things she wanted. She laughed and said she was having an "unemployment party" at her place and wanted me to attend. I said maybe and asked her for her number but she said that wouldn't work and needed by number and address so she could send me an invitation and "make sure I showed up."

I told her that nobody had "unemployment parties." She said she was having one just for me. I told her I was self-employed. She said, "then this will be a new experience for you." I said, "you're not used to hearing no for an answer are you?" She said, "I hear it all the time but I listen to hearts more than words." I scratched my head as she took me by the arm and walked me into mall we were out front of. We had coffee and talked about the "unemployment party" she was having that Saturday.

Then I woke up. And I have to go get my car smogged. Peace out.

Back. The smog guy didn't even show up to his own shop for an appointment he setup! So, I have to get on Google and find another place. This Mexican "mañana" work ethic where they just miss appointments because they feel like it sucks but that's the way it is here.

Anyways, in the dream I was dressed in a pristine white suit for some reason and I tried explaining to one of the lady's friends that the reason why you don't see people walking around in pristine white suits is because a single spot ruins them. Dreams are really strange sometimes.
