It's from Beijing 2008. My parents got it for me. :) They didn't see the olympics but they visited later that year.

Cool... huge Olympics Fan... The Bejing Opening and Closing ceremonies were the most spectacularly amazing of all time... Will be very hard to top their production... great souvenir...

Yes, I remember seeing that on tv. They were the best olympic shows ever. :) My parents visited after the olympics was over, but they got to see the stadium where it was held. And I do treasure that hat. :)

Pictures posted on your profile can be added or removed at will, pictures posted to the forum (like any post content) can only be removed by the user during the 5 minute edit time.

funny, my first thought was that maybe he was suggesting that I should consider deleting a picture that I had posted... lol

We have the ability, but we're not about to get buried in removing a bunch of pictures that don't violate our TOS just because users end up having poster regret. There are ample warnings (one in every forum) that warns post content is Google searchable and viewable by non-members.
