I think I'm a pretty good sport about things...but I have my limits for super annoying things. From time to time, I have the brains to just waaaaalk away...but then I feel like a jerk. Yay life.

Nothing wrong with walking away. While you feel bad for walking away you might feel worse if you hadn't if you'd reacted off of what you were feeling that cause you to walk away. Rather than feeling bad, be thankful you know your limits and can act positively with that knowledge, to prevent making things worse for yourself or others.

Hey, good idea! That looks like a MUCH cleaner way to microwave cats than just tossing them in and holding the door shut.

I don't understand why some people are so combative all the time.
Who are you calling combative? You wanna go? HUH???

;) <3

In seriousness, it does stink to be around people who just like to stir things up and frustrate you. I would think that there are some internal issues within themselves that cause this, though some people just do like to create chaos for the heck of it.

Oh man I am SO excited- my favourite IFC mini-series from Eric Jonrosh's novels is returning with a new miniseries on another one of his books. They are miniseries based upon a fake book by a fake author (starring Will Farell as the author). They were only planning on doing the Spoils of Babylon but there was so much demand from viewers to do another. I hope Kristin Wiig is in it again. Oh man, it makes me roll around giggling.

Forget what I said about spiders in my earlier post. Or, rather, I'll revise it. Spiders break their contract when they are in my room.

I just killed not one, not two, but THREE spiders on my ceiling in my bedroom. I hate that, right before I go to bed. Now I feel all creepy crawly and I am positive that means there is a nest somewhere and they are plotting to avenge the death of their friends.

I'm just impressed that you're brave enough to kill them as it seems like most girls that I've talked to won't even go near them, so well done!

You need to defend yourself. Offense is the best defence.
I have spider raid to barrier the house, and spray in the basement cracks and all and bought a ultrasonic repeller on Amazon for my room. Spider count this year: 0

Wow, Rachel! I love your hat! I was going to say it reminds me of something that Audrey Hepburn would've worn, but what would I know? I've only seen one of her movies and it wasn't "Breakfast at Tiffany's"

Thank you. :) Though if you had seen me squealing and resisting to go into the fetal position when I missed one of them on the first try (because surely that means it fell from the ceiling and was now on me somewhere), you might not have said that. ;)

I have noticed something about the way I sleep. I am always diagonally sprawled (thank you full-sized bed), and when I first go to bed, I start off on my right side as my mind calms down. Then I flip to my left side when I'm ready to go to sleep, but I always wake up laying on my back. It's funny, though, because I can't initially fall asleep on my back. Weird how we move around like that.
