I'm considering walking to check out this church tonight. Its a six mile walk in the dark though. I hope I dont like, get mauled by a bear or the Copenhagen Zoo or anything.

It's been awhile since I've ventured into the family forum; it's so depressing. The enemy is always trying to break up families in so many little ways. I pray for the families on here, that the Lord would strengthen each one.
I've had the same thoughts myself, as I live in the country. Always have been worried about running into a bear. Of the few times I've ever seen one though, they'd rather just be left alone and get away from you. If you ever happen to run across bear cubs though.....you better run. They don't care if it's 100 humans with guns if they think they're cubs are in danger. lol
dinner in the crock pot - a hearty sauerkraut and sausage soup
revised a chore chart for the kids -- identified the chores they do NOT get paid for, such as cleaning their room, setting the table/helping with dinner, negotiated rates of the chores they DO get paid for with them,
later, laundry and teaching two makeup piano lessons - I don't normally teach on Sundays,
when not dealing with the kids (breaking up fights today ), am mulling over today's sermon.
Today...my alarm clock was set for 7:35 (on my cell phone...trashy piece of technology. -_-) and it's set to go off every Sunday. My alarm clock instead went off at 8. I leave at 8:30 for church. That's sooo not the time I got out the door. It made me soo late for practice this morning.

When it comes to going to church, then you NEED to LOVE going to church n' not forced or have to go to church LittleC.
You know when I was younger and I felt lazy going to church, my mom used to tell me that I spend long hours at school, work, with friends and God is the one who gave me all of this and more. And when it comes to going to church n' spend a focused time with Him and thank Him for His blessings to me, I feel lazy instead!!!! I remember every time mom says that, I feel so guilty.......
Someday, we’ll run into each other again, I know it. Maybe I’ll be older and smarter and just plain better. If that happens, that’s when I’ll deserve you. But now, at this moment, you can’t hook your boat to mine, because I’m liable to sink us both.
