So many people have been banned from this site!
Heresy and abuse I understand. If the participants were all practicing doctrine of demons and living in the flesh like the devil then hell will be their choice!
Scripture says hell has enlarged it's mouth bc of evil but it was only created for the devil and his angels!

Lord help us to walk in the Spirit ALWAYS to never be banned from heaven!

Proverbs 18:14
The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?

The spirit of a man can sustain his sickness? indeed, especially when you pour imaginations and dialogue into it and feed into it emotionally. There have been many times where i was sick physically and because i was physically sick i spent a lot of time just talking about and imagining just how sick i was and how awful i felt, in doing so kept sickness alive in my body much longer than it should have lived.

The funny thing about pain, sickness and disease is if you fall into a deep enough sleep the effects of it attacking your soul mind and emotions are delayed until you leave the depths of the spirit of your mind and wake back up into the mind of the flesh only to realize it again.

As for a person with an already wounded spirit, i have seen people manifest sickness on themselves simply by being depressed.

What is truth?

Is it what's black or white or is it the gray in the middle?

At one time God commanded his people all be alike,he gave them the LAW.
Precept upon percept, line upon line, it exposed the carnal sinful fallen nature of man!

The new covenant through the blood of Christ indivualized us all.
We now answer each for our sins against God and man. We no longer are a group but each must work out their own salvation with fear and trembling!

What did Christ say in answer to Paul's request for the thorn be removed from him" my grace is sufficient for you......"

The truth is God's word but it is also much more.....
It is taylor made for each of us. Not for theological interpretations but for personal, reproof, correction, doctrine and instructions!

If God's grace is sufficient, then there is ONLY one issue and that is SALVATION.

I and the father are one. There is no other name whereby man can be saved and at that name every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that JESUS is Lord!

Is this not the truth we seek?
Is not this the truth that will wipe out our sin debt and put us in a right relationship with God?

It is good to break bread and fellowship in a spirit of love. However love can be broken when another tries to force their TRUTH down another's spirit!

Life is simple, truth is simple!
Live your life in the shadow of his cross forgetting those things that are behind. Pressing toward the mark of the most high God...to follow, not counting the cost!

Well I was thinking about Habakkuk's declaration of faith in God in the face of disaster (Hab 3:17-18) and about the food inconveniences we're experiencing around the country and then I thought what would Habakkuk's declaration look like in modern times and here's my attempt to paraphrase:

Even though the produce sections are empty
And the ships are stuck in port
Even though canned goods are sitting at the factory
And there's no bread on the shelves
Though the butcher counters are empty
And there's no ground beef to buy
Still I will praise God and rejoice in my Savior.

Well something like that at least. Anyone else want to take a crack at it?

Thoughts from a quiet Sunday:

John 6 is rather interesting for more than one reason. The God who fed five thousand people with five loaves of bread and two fish is the same God who said to gather up the leftovers.

It's interesting because God could just make more whenever He wants. But He's interested in the leftovers, making sure they don't go to waste.

Kinda makes me start thinking about what God has given me, and how I've been using it.

I want to talk about something that might grate some people...........
Our masks!

Not one of hypocrisy or of having a false facade.
Rather one that covers up the you inside that only God and a few know.

I know that we all have expectations and preconceived notions of how we should act.
Some expect us to be happy, never a care as a matter of fact most expect just that.

WHY

We are a selfish lot and don't want to shoulder others troubles and cares.

Jesus said for us to cast our cares upon him,to take his yoke for it is easy. Who is truly the ONLY one to TRUST to not condemn you if your are real. God alone!

Therefore we wear mask to hide the truth from others, the truth of pain, despair, emptiness, sorrow, ect the list can be expanded.

Do we have to,really? Can we just not care if others see the raw emotions of the wreck that sin has had on our lives. Can we not just let it out and be ourselves and be accepted?

Please forgive if this upsets but I would like for US to examine ourselves deeply, get to the core of WHO we are.
