The lounge is no longer just nonsense talk? Really? Maybe it's time to poke my nose in there again.
I've actually been checking out the lounge and the bible study room frequently in the last few months and well... I go from 0 - totally bored in about 60 seconds... :p

Did you apply at Domino's? :)
I used to deliver for Dominos.

Im not big into the 60s, too many singer/songwriters. Dont like the guy singing a message while strumming the same barre chords and open chords on acoustic guitar while the drummer keeps a metronome and the bass follows along with root notes : p The 70s had some cool music though.

The 80s were actually kinda cool, alot of people look down on them but I liked them. Im a fan of like Joy Division and The Cure and The Smiths to a lesser extent. They all played well and had really cool music.

I cant pick a favorite era of music, cuz theres too much to complain about them : p Alot of people I know say the 90s, and while I think alot of it was great, it was pretty darn focused on guitar and sad singer : p
The 80's was a great time for music.

I used to really enjoy chat...but it takes too much time and is too hit or miss. It's either a hoot, or absolutely enraging, or so boring it 'bout makes you cry.

Never heard of Steve Camp before. I only listened to like a minute of the song though. It was alright, made me think of uh.... the guy who did that song piano man (got too much going on to look it up right now, everyone knows who Im talking about though : p) It was alright though.

BUT, I actually do LOVE the electronic music of the 80s.

Although alot of the music in the 80s was that cheesy poppy junk, there were some beautiful songs, too. I love this flowing keyboard stuff : p

Every time I think of Billy Joel, I picture that Conan O'Brien skit where the car flies through the glass at the diner. LOL.

Just rented the new Beauty and the Beast.

I'm in love.

Have any of you seen it?
I've decided not to see it because of all the negative publicity that it got. I was looking forward to it, so that was rather sad. But, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

My Daughter and I saw it, we both loved it! She's 10 and after the movie she said. Mom I didn't want to turn my eyes away!

Yeah, I wanted to watch it to form my own opinion. I was like you and basically felt the same but knew that an opinion is not truly based until you go through it to form an opinion. So figured I’d watch it to form an opinion and not because many Christians were against it.

Oh, it wasn't like that. I mean, I wasn't afraid of the content or anything. There was a lot of people rejoicing in the sin before it came out, and as I saw it I would be supporting the sin by watching the movie. Just an opinion, though. There are a lot of godly Christians whom I respect very much (case in point ;D) who did watch it.
