I love that poem so much. It's probably one of the very few I remember from school.
Fair enough, and good idea. ^_^ Well, if you ever decide you do want to talk, I'm around (and quite enjoy listening/conversing).

Good on you for seeking after Christ and Father's Will for your life! "Show me the ancient path.." said David. The narrow road that leads to life...which few seem to take. Hmm...good segue for the poem:

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

And be one traveler, long I stood

And looked down one as far as I could

To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,

And having perhaps the better claim,

Because it was grassy and wanted wear;

Though as for that the passing there

Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay

In leaves no step had trodden black.

Oh, I kept the first for another day!

Yet knowing how way leads on to way,

I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh

Somewhere ages and ages hence:

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.

All summer long, not a single one. Have barely been back in school for a week, prepping the classrooms and sitting in meetings, and BOOM, "Hi, I'm your sinus infection. Let's get this party going."

No, let's not get this party going. Thank you very much!!
It is a malady you share with many students - you are allergic to school. =^.^=

I have to say, that was one of few memorable poems for me as well. It always lefties with a sense of wonder and melancholy, a goodish sort of melancholy, if that makes sense. Sort of like in a movie when the hero sacrifices himself or something, and thus saves the day, etc etc.

You maybe on to something. Or else I'm allergic to the cold, and the summer is so hot here, but the school, is very cold. But, me thinks you might be closer to the truth.

Not really, thanks. Just been going through a lot of adjustments especially after getting done with school. I'm just allowing God to hold me and be my strength as he shows me things and I won't be distracted as he does this. I went through this right after high school as well. I need to follow God's plan for my life....he knows what he's doing
Sounds like what I call transition stress. The year right after college was one of the toughest for me too. Don't get too hung up on the idea of "God's plan for my life". Life is a long time and God is big enough that there are probably plenty of options in that master plan of his. Best thing you can do is obey him and do what you know is right. And it will get better (though you will find that you most likely have to keep telling yourself that with every transition).

That's the thing....I am where God wants me right now, however I'm asking him why. Why he wants me to work with people that have so much drama going on to the point of making my life there miserable. I love my job and my supervisor and others have said I'm quite good at it, but it's the people that make me feel as though I'm worthless and have ridiculed me because they expect me to know everything at the drop of a hat. The thing is I despise drama with every fiber of my being. However, I have so many people coming to me and giving me all their problems that I just don't know how to handle it anymore so I have purposefully avoided people that are into all the drama and gossip because it sucks the life right of you and your loved ones

I wonder about Ice Age the way I wonder about doughnut shops in my small town. How are they able to have so many? Who goes to them? I never see anyone there. Are they somehow running an undercover money laundering scheme...?
There was only one and it happened not long after the Great Flood of Noah's time.

Donut shops are their busiest from 7:20 - 8:00 in the morning. I feel so smart for being able to answer that question ^.^ but then remember that I only get paid minimum wage to know that answer. -_-
My town is about 30 thousand people, and we have 8 doughnut shops, at least. New ones are opening all the time. It's so strange to me, but then again, I try never to wake up before 10am. :rolleyes:

Why on earth do you have to get up so early? That's just not right. Do you live on a farm or something or far from your school?
No I can walk to school,
But every other day I have ROTC and have to go to Air Academy which is on base so that's a little further away and I've got to be there early.
So my brain has just "trained itself" to wake up at that time even on the Non-ROTC days

Ah, very good. What's ROTC?
