got a sore abdomen that time of the month, got sore abs too from doing 100 push ups not in a row yesterday, 2 hours sleep we had to rush someone off to the hospital this morning. I'm positive tho.

Good on you Missy. I have to do heaps of pressups too and a 3km run with a sore leg. Training for the army will hopefully be fit by the time I get there lol.
I'm trying to avoid dumbbells etc just do push ups pull ups and maybe resistance bands I've got slight injuries shoulders and back plus my knee sometimes. With 100+ pushups a day I've noticed even with little muscle and improper technique / i only go half way down on my knees with push up bars still gaining arm muscle mind you I was playing around with my brothers dumbbells when I was 14. I'm overweight so its difficult to go all the way down for pushups
I'm lucky to have 2 ex army personnel to help me. That reminds me I need to do a chin up on their bar. I was doing the pushups wrongs I used to go flat on the ground have a slight rest lol got it right now. I love weight training just hate the running.
Ugh...to think about the smell of wet wool, the multitude of ticks I had to pick off of my body, and the stink of lanolin year after year after year growing up...kind of makes me sick to my stomach.
