Have to work in four hours, but experiencing some great miracles right now in life.
God is good even in the uncertainty, and life can be beautiful too :)

Woke up, had an everything bagel sandwhich with cherry greek yogurt and dark roasted black coffee.
N.o.m.

Gonna read some bible.
Read the story about Samson in Judges 16, I think.
It was pretty cool :D

Want to workout too and clean a little bit as well.

Maybe you should start a "Weirdest thing you've ever had in your purse/pocket" thread. :D

I do believe there IS a thread here somewhere on just that very same subject..lol.. :) I forget which forum it's in though.

It's starting to really bug me that my family doesn't speak to me. My sister...well, I dunno, that's not so bad. I expect this from her.

...I actually kind of expect it from the rest of them, too.

My friend that I had coffee and breakfast and stuff with a few months ago moved.

Ohhh the lovely sounds of a toddler who doesn't want to put away his toys. My eardrums will never be the same.

*sigh*

Oh, and Lynx. I had been meaning to ask. You remind me a lot of GreenNnice. You and he told the same jokes. Are you one in the same?
I have no idea who that is. But it sounds like an eco-activist. Or Kermit. Kermit was green and he was always nice.

I have been told by multiple people that I remind them of someone though. But nobody has ever put a name on it before.

As of today, I was approved of a house I applied to rent and during my lunch break I went and put the deposit down. If all goes well, I will get the keys this Friday and start moving stuff over little by little all month and be ready to fully live there by the 1st of December.

I'm driving across the state to visit family for Thanksgiving. My parents are driving down from IL to be with us for Thanksgiving as well, and then they are following me back across the state and bringing me my bed and other furniture. They'll help me move that in and get settled before they leave.

I'm excited but my tummy is still not at ease, just because of the money. The deposit was a lot, I had to buy a couch, I still need to buy a fridge, washer, and dryer. It's just a lot of money up front. But, I'm excited.

Despite all the things I have to buy, I HAVE budgeted for a dog and plan to adopt one I've been keeping my eye on from a shelter a few hours away. :)

Being an adult is expensive. Being an adult is hard and stressful. But there are exciting times and times for growth. Even though I'd like to take a break from growing for a while, please.

Yeah, there's always that one person that gets killed.

It makes me mad, though. In people's greed they've been blinded and literally can't see what's going on around them. They just have one goal in mind and no mercy will be made.
Yes there is something seriously wrong in a country when people get trampled to death because everyone is so obsessed with getting the good deals on stuff they don't need. I hate crowds and long lines and stuff anyway, and everything stays or goes on sale multiple times until Christmas anyway. I should post the silly song / routine about Christmas and merchandising one of these days (but not till december because it's just wrong to subject unwilling people to Christmas songs this early in the year).

As soon as November 1st hit, I wanted to start decorating for Christmas. It's always so conflicting on what to decorate for, Thanksgiving and Christmas are so close to each other. But the thing is, I've had fall decorations up since like, the first day of fall. And those are sort of my Thanksgiving Decorations. So maybe I can just go ahead and decorate for Christmas. XD

Are you sure you aren't a major retailer? :p

It really annoys me that the day after Halloween major retailers start rolling out the Christmas decorations and Christmas ads. Anymore it seems that Thanksgiving no longer exists. I refuse to put up Christmas decorations until the weekend after Thanksgiving.

Our family has always been fairly late at putting up the Christmas tree. I think we average around two weeks before Christmas Day.

And they're on.

And they're fantastic.

In years past when I have put up a tree (I don't have a choice anymore.......I'm married) I typically have put it up around two weeks before the big day. I much prefer a fresh cut tree to artificial and natural trees tend to start looking wilty after two to three weeks.

Oh, I saw Christmas stuff in mid-October. I'm late according to major retailers.
