40 winks (I didn't know there was such a thing as 9 eyes? Yeah, I'm not too far inland, so do get some sea breeze, although still 5 - 10 k's away. You should get a pool or a dam if you have no breeze! Or at least a small stream...)

nine lives (I would like to live on the beach literally, although the salt wrecks your windows. The people that live there have to clean their gigantic windows every few days apparently)

cat (It gets very windy, but it can be nice. Definitely agree that maintenance would be higher. It's nice being close, but not too close. All the benefits without most of the risks.)
