Believe it or else... er, believe it or not I have a few christian rap albums in my collection. Not many, because I still think rap is just talking in rhythm. And in "rap" the "c" is silent. But there are a few - a very few - good christian rap groups. Papa San, Level 3:16, Shachah, MOC: Jersey Chica... that's all I have right now.
And Bizzle. He's really good.

I am a genuine Christian that knows her bible, and is always growing in Christ.

I long to do my husband good, not harm, all the days of my life.

I have good virtues- I'm loving, humble, patient, kindhearted, not clingy, not argumentative, not self centered, easy to get along with, not a lover of money. I don't drink, smoke, or swear, or have tattoos. I'm not lazy but always helpful. I am completely forgiving. I like to keep things clean and organized, but am not obsessive about it. I am not too proud to associate with those of lower position, of any age, race, or gender. I think I'm pretty wise. I can completely open up my vulnerable heart to my husband and love him with every thing I have.

1. I don't mind 'stuff,' though I'm more of a 'things' kind of person.
2. [Placeholder ─ revisit this when I can think of something]
3. I've been told I look like a cross between Chris Hemsworth and Chunk from the Goonies, with the demeanor of Lo Pan from Big Trouble in Little China.

Um, I will have to check these.

Dear seoulsearch and kayem77, what is your position with respect to these points?

Good grief, seoulsearch just queued up for Pipp. What happens to her queue then?

#3. I am old-fashioned in many ways. I feel like I should have been in the middle ages and given a sword and shield, or in the early 1900's so I could wear a fedora and grow up listening to Jazz, Blues, and Soul.

#2. I actually enjoy things like musicals, karaoke (not saying I am particularly good), and romantic comedies... yes I realize the danger of such admissions as a dude :p

#1. And finally, I am a man who is dedicated toward becoming Christ-like, ever-seeking to be more perfect as I am willing to grow and change.

Well Roh,

I wouldn't ever want to compete with Grace, as she is definitely on her own level.

1. Back in the day, I was really good at back/hand/neck/foot massages, basically everything. But I'm a little out of practice. It's been a very long time. And of course, I expect that it be a two-way street. :)

2. I'm debt-free and work hard to stay that way. A cardinal rule in my parent's house was to never charge or buy anything unless you can pay it off in full and I have lived that way since I started working at age 11.

3. "Low maintenance" is highly subjective. :D I'm a jeans and t girl. My favorite shoes are sneakers. I own one pair of "heels" (kitten ones at that, meaning they're maybe an inch?) and never wear them. I can't wear much makeup because I'm allergic. If a hairstyle takes more than 5-10 minutes to do, I generally don't bother. So... it all depends on what you call maintenance and how much of it you think qualifies as being "low". As for going on dates, I'm perfectly happy with McDonald's, Arby's, or sandwiches made with supplies from the local grocery store.

P.S. I'm obviously not in Pipp's line to date her... I just want a cookie. Or cupcake. Or entire cake.

Or all three.

So, rhythm in itself isn't music? I invite all of you self-professed music experts to come to my classroom and tell my snare drum students that when they play their solos for Solo Festival in a few weeks that what they are doing is not music, since it is pitchless rhythm.

(And for your information, I get to make 11-year olds cry because I've earned it by dealing with them everyday. :p You guys, on the other hand, have earned nothing regarding the privilege of making my students cry.)

Regarding the 3 reasons...I have been called, by various women friends here in El Paso, the El Paso Unicorn. The gag is that I am the mythical creature that all the single ladies here supposedly want, since

3. I have my own (running) car (two, technically)
2. I have a steady, good-paying job
1. I have no ex-wives or any children.

Of course, the irony is that even though all the ladies are supposedly looking for that, they AREN'T lining up to knock down my front door. (I know why, and truthfully...I'm fine with it. ^_^ )

I would say the same! - although I am not fine with it - lol - need to get there
