This is only good advice to a point. I'm all about seeking counsel from others and analyzing those nagging nervous feelings to root out what the source of them is. But sometimes it's just realizing the gravity of committing to a major decision and knowing there's no turning back once you do that creates that nagging feeling. And it's perfectly normal to be a bit nervous or uneasy on the verge of something big, to me that's not an automatic disqualifier.
I got that same nagging feeling the day I enlisted in the United States Army. It was a feeling similar to getting married. You may feel that you are doing the right thing but as it is a major life changing experience there may also be an element of fear. There are times that you must just do what you think is best and trust in God that it all works out. Getting married is a calculated risk but may result in a great dividend.

Well. Nagging or not. Everything thing points to that it is right and that sometimes I have to let go. It is not a matter that we can't overcome, but I have to admit it was a major blow to the trust.

If I may... :)
I'm assuming you are referring to marriage. (If not, my apologies!)
If at this point in time, your relationship has suffered a "major blow to the trust" rebuilding a foundation a trust BEFORE marrying would be wise.
I agree that with Christ's help and guidance couples can overcome issues. The majority of the time this takes time though.
God bless!
