Dobosh torte is this thing that the Swiss Colony catalog made popular. Nobody around here had ever heard of it before that. Lots of really thin layers of cake with lots of really thin layers of icing between them.
Sounds like a lot of w*rk, and you'd need a stiffer cake so the 1/32nd inch layers wouldn't fall apart, and it's probably not worth the effort for a homemade one. I was just curious what your price rate would be on them.
