My friend's daughter is Christian, yet she meets with folks in the city to play Dungeons and Dragons every Saturday night. I don't think it's bad, unless you open up the door to it spiritually.

Wouldn't any game or activity imitating breaking the law or doing things considered sin technically be sin?

If it is a sin for a man to look at a woman and lust after her, even if he doesn't do something, then I assume that pretending to kill someone is sin too. Especially if it makes you feel agitated, excited, geared up ...

(side note, this is coming from a person that has played games like Diablo and The Suffering :p )

People still get together to play bridge. Or in some cases around here, a card game called rook.

Has anybody noticed the OP only made the OP? He pulled the pin, threw the grenade and hasn't been back since.

Not really any of my business but I would be very wary of playing Dungeons and Dragons; You might not be aware but a lot of the spells used (at least in the older versions, not sure about the newer ones) were/are real spells used by those practicing magic. Just a thought.

I've wondered about this before... And I would say it's wrong to play it for the following reasons
1. It promotes violence
2. It promotes crime
3. It promotes immoral conduct
4. It promotes foul language
If Jesus had a console, would he be playing that game?
