Microwhat?

Linux is free :v
Yeah but I have to admit that Windows is still my go to for music making computer.

Speaking of which I'm still waiting for myself to get up off my butt and make that soundtrack I have been planning to make of the Ginny Owens song "free." it's a simple song... G, A minor, C, A. I just have not overcome inertia yet to sit down and make it.

Hmm... I could be wrong but when I read the info I thought it said that when W10 was ready, it would AUTOMATICALLY download and notify you that it was done.

That being said, how can you choose to have control over this if you signed up?

And, to make this post legit in my own thread... I can now say that I'm a patiently waiting for an answer from our tech experts out there :), especially since my poor system would be leapfrogging from W7.
Hey Kim! Not sure if you've noticed lately, but we have little control over our computers or connections these days. Bill Gates is an evil genius! He is like the kids game manufacturers. You put out a new version every year, keeping the money train rolling. Typical world based "disposable economy".

After my last failed dealings with a popular computer store (their lack of interest helping/informing me but willing to take my $260.00) I am going to do the research and build my own. You can build a much better product for the same $$, will be much faster, less hassle with "issues" and no dealing with kids who don't care and their bosses who don't either.

Try Linux Mint on that homemade computer. Bet it'll purr like a kitten.

And meanwhile, please pay the violinist who is playing behind you. So you get impatient while waiting...does that make you any different than the rest of us in the fast paced world? lol

I'm preparing to be ready so I don't get overly frustrated and miss out. It's all a calculated process...

What have you got against Lindsey Stirling, dancing violinist extraordinaire?

Many of the lights in our town do that. Start blinking yellow on the main streets at 10pm. It makes driving at night a pure joy.

I know what you mean. I have been single for 4 yrs. now. I have had a lot of men interested but I was not interested in them for certain reasons. It's hard to find what I'm looking for. Decent Christian men who do not have a problem with lust are very hard to find.
