Exercise? Particularly cardio to tire yourself out.
I regularly go to the gym, on Thursday night done more cardio than normal plus went at 5/6pm as opposed to the morning and slept a lot better that night.
Also found that a lack of protein in my diet and not eating something half decent at dinner time affects my sleep.
