The edge of the brownies, or the center?
The edge, preferably the corner pieces.

The last time my youngest daughter took a pan of brownies over to her Moms, the corner pieces were missing. Their Mom looked at it and said, " I guess your Dad got into it first?" .. 🤔

Sandwiches with the edges (crusts,) or without?
With the crust!

Do you eat the WHOLE slice of pizza, or are you left with a box looking like this?! (Are pizza edges/crusts worth eating?)
The whole piece!

If you eat a cookie, do you mind the edges, or would you prefer to go right for the middle?!
The whole cookie.

Hey Everyone,

It's time to have a very serious talk.

Let's find out who among us are truly LIVING ON THE EDGE!!

In other words... When it comes to the following dilemmas, which do you choose?

1. The edge of the brownies, or the center?

2. Sandwiches with the edges (crusts,) or without?

3. Do you eat the WHOLE slice of pizza, or are you left with a box looking like this?! (Are pizza edges/crusts worth eating?)

4. If you eat a cookie, do you mind the edges, or would you prefer to go right for the middle?!

Some time back, I had made a pan of brownies and sent a picture to friends, saying this was the result of me being single and not having to share with anyone!

There's nowhere to hide with this one. This thread is going to expose all people who like to LIVE ON THE EDGE (or at least, consume it) -- and are thoroughly enjoying every bite!

Everyone is welcome to answer!

* Do you have any family members/roommates you have to fight for the "best parts"?

* Do you have any rules about who gets first dibs on their favorite selections?

* How do you manage to reach a compromise? :)
aha!, the idiosyncrasies of life! 1.brownies, i eat any which way. 2.anything bread, i always eat the edges 1st. 3. pizza, i eat all of it at once. 4. cookies, i eat the whole thing at once if not too big or i'll dip them in milk 1st. phunnneee thing about that is i used to shove 4 oreo cookie in my mouth at once & munch away!

Let's see

Center of the brownies

Yep I eat the crusts on sandwiches (though I don't eat normal sandwiches very often anymore)

Stuffed crust is the way to pizza, but I'll eat non-stuffed crust as well especially if I have some homemade pesto or high quality olive oil or garlic butter to dip it in.

Even the bad parts of cookies are too tasty to waste, you better believe I eat the whole thing.

I'm fortunate that my only housemate is canine, she's more than willing to eat anything I don't want, provided I'm willing to let her eat it.

I tried living on the edge by creating a new thread this morning, but it hasn't shown up. I guess it takes awhile to be approved or something.

My bad! I have written a few threads that didn’t make it through the thread bureaucracy. As a result they are now going through every single piece of ink in all of the threads to make sure the thread authors are not from the indexed files (where some of us rightfully belong).😇
