Brisket sounds good. :) I'm doing pork steak with salad and baked taters. My son is home tonight, which is rare, and it is what he wanted. :) Yeah...he's rotten. But he will be moving out in a few months, so I will be spoiling him until then. :)

P.S. He has painted my diningroom, hallway and bathroom today and yesterday. I love that kid. :)

What do you do to your pork steak if anything, before you grill? what kind of grill and what do you burn?

Being a false comforter to a fat girl will result in terrible retribution which would make doom seem like a soft option.

well, the way I do mine isnt' special really. I use paul prudhomme's bbq seasoning as a rub and inject it with lawrey's steak marinade.

I don't like injections. Someone was talking about needles at the hospital on a thread earlier and it bummed me out. I used to be fine until I got a call one day at work from my sister who lived about an hour and a half away. She said she was going to commit suicide and her life was all messed up. I supervisor let me go and I drove there. Her house had viles on the carpet crunching under my feet and hypodermic needles everywhere. Come to find out she had been stealing narcotics from her job and slamming them. she had track all over even in between her toes and stuff all abscessed. I took her to the hospital luckily she was reaching out for help. she was a respiratory therapist and she had some drug to inject that would put her to sleep and she would stop breathing. I thank God she didn't. So ever since, I have a tough time with needles.

Well, to be tooootally honest, I dunno if you're even actually fat or not. Your avatar says no, but your words say yes. It's like you're terribly conflicted about it, and since you're in a state of confusion over it, I just figured it was a good time to jump in and make up your mind for you...

No dude, it wasn't you. It was the situation years ago. She made those choices. I've had that needle thing for years now. I was joking about the injections thing. I don't mind them if they are healthy. Just hate hard drugs being slammed. Lighten up sir, you did nothing wrong.

I've been stuck so many times with needles it would blow yer mind. I'm so used to the doctors not being abot to find the right vein,yadda yadda yadda...needles just don't phase me now.

DED, I use my dad's secret dry rub on most things I grill on a propane grill. :) I have a smoker too, but I don't want to deal with it today. I usually hang brisket in the smoker, makes it incredibly tender. :) It's done now. buh bye for now~
