We used to get heartbreaking dogs in like that. We would have to surgically remove the chain that dug into their neck until the skin grew around them. They would've been tied out for years without relief or exercise. Maggots had to be pulled out of the skin that were buried all over the body, especially the back. It was very sad.

Yeah I imagine some people are heartless in the way they treat animals, I've taken in dogs and cats abandoned before and the squirrel videos I put on here remind me of my Dad he and some other guys saved some that were in danger my Dad kept one he stayed with him run up his leg around on his arms he eat nuts on his arms and once on his head on top of his hat

I've always wondered about Pharos Sorcerer's.....
Exodus 7:9-13
And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, 9When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent. 10And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent. 11Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments.
12For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods. 13And he hardened Pharaoh's heart, that he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.
