I've seen this so much at Bible college:

Person A: *tells a secret and needs prayer to Person B*
Person B: Jesus loves you so much and so do I. I'll be praying.

*hours later*

Person B approaches a group of people: "Oh my gosh, did you just hear what happened to Person A."

When I was in my 20s, quite a few people in my church derisively referred to our Bible college as "bridal college".

Hahahaha, story of my life. I became best friends with this guy my senior year at Bible college. We hung out constantly. Eventually, it got too awkward to even talk with each other because there was so much gossip about us "liking" each other.

one year, i would hang out a lot with a guy friend. people saw us around campus. no one asked me directly if i was dating him, but they would ask my close friend (the girl who introduced us). seriously? lol

come to think of it. he stopped hanging out with me. i guess someone asked him the same thing. uff. lol

I know....none of them asked me but they went up to him and asked him if I liked him or if he liked me. He stopped talking to me basically our last semester and I just shrugged it off haha. Gossipers got to him.

If I stopped hanging out with girls because of gossipers, I'd have few friends.

Your friends are mostly female?
Yes, I have some great guy friends, but yes, more of my friends are girls. I'd say there's probably a ration of 2/3rds female.

uff. i didn't like that he did the "fade away" with me. i would've preferred him telling me we shouldn't hang out as much because people are assuming stuff. but oh well. no biggie now. it was forever ago lol

Wasps in the laundry room. A big wasp chased me out of our apartment complex's laundry facility earlier today. He bullied me, suggesting that the room wasn't big enough for the both of us. So I fled like a sissy.

Or people who do that... in your car.

I almost cut someone's hand off once.. I told them they better not open the door to the car with that hand or it won't be on their body. No snot on my door handles... so nasty.

It's been this was ever since I started university. Before that, I had few female friends, besides a friend's sister or two.

Tell someone a situation you're going through, and the person just looks at you and says "I'll pray for you." Umm... Why not right now? I know a lot do mean well when they say that, but sometimes it's the way that it's said. Like "I can't pray with you right now, even though we're standing right in front of each other. But I'll put it on my to-do list." Anyone else find this bothersome at times?
