More fruitcake
I now have an apprentice. Shes willing to work for free for the experience and morning tea was put on, she was presented with a slice of fruitcake. She looked at me helplessly and so I relented and had half.
I have resolved to go dairy-free but it is especially hard at this time of year when everyone is bombarding me with milk chocolate. I checked the label and its all now made in Australia, or specifically, Tasmania. Sacrilege. Our own dairies cant even stock the local product.
