Well first is pray of course.
second is you need to remove the source of the drugs...the dealer. Get the police on to them. If they break a drug ring then there is no supply.
If cant do that, get your addict to rehab where they can not access the drug, get them sober or dried out and then pray with them once they are sober. Talk to them about Jesus.
If your loved one is actually in prison make sure theres a prison minsitry going on so they can be rehabbed.
if they end up in hospital for whatever reason or in mental health, try to get them to a retreat where they teach a healthy lifestyle. Growing their own food, or carpentering or doing something with their hands.
One thing about addicts, they need to care about something other than their own problems. Do they have a pet or something they can look after? This pet will depend on them to care or nurture them,, they simply cannot do this on drugs, which is why children born to drug addicted parents actually get taken away from them. Many a parent has become sober because they actually realise what it does to their children.
