cubes of sponge cake cut in half and given a thin spread of cream
and jam - then put back together
next step they are rolled in a chocolate sauce and finally coated
with desiccated coconut.

Viola!! Such sophistication. We beat the French in this.

That looks like a Pepperidge Farm's frozen cake. I'm trending towards something with lemon in it. Maybe in the frosting. Gonna check of the frozen dessert section next time I go grocery shopping. Flaked coconut is always good, that's for sure.
