Deade, Deade, Deade, dearest Deade, I don't know what to say, because I do not understand what you are saying, unless I am understanding you correctly, and then I must assume that you misunderstand what I was saying. Do you get my drift? LOLOLOL Well, no, the problem is not with me posting images, no. It is the images that certain others have been posting (not you :)).

How are you today soulsearch - have you had a chance to hear some of the worship songs here and read some of our Praise posts of Our Lord and King - Isn't He the most wonderful God of the Universe & beyond? Good to have you with us...
I'm doing well, Slave, thank you! :)

I caught up on a sermon series I'd fallen behind with... all about following the path less-traveled. Good stuff. Thank you very much for asking.

I'll just bow out now and let you get back to your regular posting. :)

Can't wait to see the pictures of the two of you meeting. :) Even if it's just for a friendship! <3

Now, Nutella is a sin for me...if I eat one spoonful I end up putting the lid back on with nothing in the container somehow...it magically disappears - even as I just opened it! Stay Back Satan!!! Stay Back!!! ... LOL :).

Well, thats my point - You need not leave us, I invite you to share in the fellowship of God's loved ones as you are one. A Child of His ! I am not sure what a "regular posting" Is even, but we do regularly Praise God in our fellowship. I invite you to pull up a chair and share with us... I would love nothing more than that...but whatever God has placed on your day, I say, May He establish your steps! Be Blessed! Nice to see ya ...

Matthew 16:23 ... New International Version (NIV)

23 Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.”

Amen!

Nutella advertises itself as having 87 hazelnuts per jar. That reminds me of Kellogg's Raisin Bran, you know? Two scoops of raisins in every box of Kellogg's Raisin Bran!?

Anywho, hmmm, I think I went to bed late last night/early this morning, like between 2-3 am, and then slept until around eleven this morning :D My radio alarm clock did wake me at the usual time even though I thought I had turned it off last night before popping into bed  My radio alarm clock puzzles me, you know. It automatically adjust the time when we jump ahead or fall back an hour in the spring and fall respectively for daylight savings. It is smarter than I am  Now my car clock radio is a different creature altogether. I does not adjust itself other than to slowly gain time over time. What I mean by that is, my car radio clock used to be five minutes fast, and now it is seven minutes fast, after going through a period of time where it ran six minutes fast. And because I do not have to reset I often for daylight savings time, I forget how to do it when the time comes  Now I just remember that during the winter, my car clock is an hour fast. Except being forgetful, sometimes I am fooled by the time on the car clock, and I think, oh my goodness, it is much later than I thought  Where has the time gone???:eek::eek: Haha yes, I amuse myself, even though the prospect of completely losing my mind is no laughing matter :D

And now Lady Magenta has me wondering just how many bats are in my belfry.

Maybe I don't want to know.

I am not even sure what a belfry is.
Perhaps we do not want to know that, either ;):D

Though I suspect it is something akin to a church steeple, or bell tower.

I had to go out to use a phone again today (to call my daughter, who I will not be seeing this weekend due to my being sick), so I went and got coffee also, and visited with a woman who used to live in my building. She was evicted when she was hospitalized over a year ago now I think; I used to see and visit with her at the coffee shop quite often, and she disappeared for a while, so I wondered what had happened to her. It is so nice to see her around again, even though she does not live in my neighborhood any more :) I have known her for many years; though she cannot remember when she moved into the building, I have been here since '91, and I am pretty sure she was here then :)

Okay, funny story. While waiting at the corner for the light to turn green, a guy said to me, "Hello, Dianne?" I immediately countered with, "Magenta" and he said, "Oh, I got you mixed up with somebody else, you look a lot like my friend Diane. I was going to say you look great, because the last time I saw you, you were in a wheel chair." Haha, I said, "I am up and about! (I made the extended bent arms up double fisted champion gesture) I thought you were going to say, 'You look great, you have lost weight!' and I would have told you that you were the first person to notice." :D

We had a little chat as we crossed the street together and then I allowed him to walk on ahead of me as I continued on to the coffee shop, where I had the little visit with my former neighbor :)

Then when I go home, another neighbor of mine was waiting in his scooter for the elevator. Three of us got on together, and I asked the guy in the scooter, if this was a new vehicle for him. He replied that unfortunately it was not, since he has been in it for over a year now, and I told him I had not seen him for a while, to which he responded, he had been hospitalized most of last year, so I asked him what happened, and he said it was his heart, and his liver, and his intestines. So then I asked him what his prognosis was, and he said it was good, and I old him I was glad to hear that, and wished him luck. He is hoping that the scooter is a not a permanent aid.

So I would ask any that have read this uncharacteristically long post of mine, to please pray for my neighbor in the scooter (I do not know his name, but God will know who you mean) and also for Angie, who is my former neighbor, and also suffers with various medical conditions. She is 73. Thank you.

Still watching the kittie-cam :)
I prayed for them, and thanks for giving me someone for whom to pray. I prayed for you too.

Though I suspect it is something akin to a church steeple, or bell tower.

I was always under the impression that the expression "bats in the belfry" was a reference to one's supposed sanity.

Too few, or too many, bats means that a person is a little off-kilter...

I have no idea exactly how many bats one would have to have in order to be considered in their right mind.

Does it depend on the size of the bats, and of course, the size of the belfry?

Either way, I'm pretty sure my count is off. :p

(Roll call! Bats present and waiting to be counted. :D)

These days, I'm just glad to have ANY bats at all. :)
