New Question Time! The theme is a CC meetup:
1. If you were going to meet a CC-er or a group of 'em for the first time, would you be nervous? What would you be nervous about? (I know, I know - that's technically two questions!)
The first time I met up with several other CCers (November 2013) I was REALLY nervous. That was before singles chat was a thing for me, so I'd not actually spoken to or seen any of them before meeting. It turned out great though!
(So far, I've met 7 CCers, and all have been exactly as I've expected them to be from what I know of them on-line.)
2. If you were in a CC meetup, would you prefer to have an organized schedule, or to just "go with the flow" and have the group kind of just "wing it?"
I think my favorite parts of a meet-up are usually just hanging around at the house. It's nice to have a few activities planned though.
3. What activities would you like to do as part of a CC meetup?
It's pretty cool to let each person in the group choose one activity that they want to do. Or try to find things that everyone loves to do. I definitely can get behind some group games and touristy activities.
4. How far would you be willing to travel to meet one or a group of CC members?
Only money and time would limit me if it was someone I've been longing to meet.
5. Which CC member of the opposite sex would you choose to be on your side in a bar fight?
I definitely want Wisebeardman on my side in the bar fight. We'd tear that place up. Or at least... he would distract everyone while I pulled the truck around to the front door for a fast getaway!
