Guilty entertainment pleasure: The Walking Dead

Fun/Hobbies: Hiking with my dog, Watching Movies, WWW Forums (guilty pleasure): HS wrestling and CC… Studying/researching human behaviors
Food: Mom’s home-made Mexican food – Tacos, Tostadas, Enchiladas, Flautas (taquitos), Tamales…
Ticket: Home to be with my Mom (Tucson, AZ)… Missing her every day, recognizing at 84 her years are numbered…
Toy: My 5 siblings – outdoor sports balls (baseballs, footballs, basket balls, ping pong…)
Memories: the birth of my 3 kids and being their proud dad/pops over the years… Proud moments for each:
- When oldest son won his last Junior National Judo Championship and upon stepping off the podium he handed me his medal and said “Happy Birthday Pops!” and gave me a big hug…
- Getting choked up while making a very sentimental speech for my daughter’s Quinceanera… Really touched my heart strings that my blessed little angel had grown into an amazing, intelligent, talented and beautiful young lady (spiritual, religious and still proud 20 yr old college virgin)…
- When my youngest son, after competing at the national level in three different sports in 8th grade made his own decision to not play football in HS so that he could focus upon being a standout wrestler with the plan to wrestling in college… Now in his senior year – his plan is coming to fruition…
Bible Inspiration: Joseph for his unconditional love for his brothers and his people.
David for the story of faith as the underdog and faith in God’s master plan…
But my favorite inspirational character - for his brilliant fatherly wisdom - is the Father in the Parable of the Prodigal Son in Luke 15:11–32
