Billyd is correct. However, Billyd should look at the total votes for each party...

Republican Candidates: 3,355,224
Democrat Candidates: 1,664,003.

If I double the count on the Democrat vote, I get 3,328,006. The Republicans received double plus 27K votes what Democrats got.

There does seem to be an enthusiasm towards the Republican party. My guess is that it's anger towards the Establishment for caving and people wanting to do something about the debt and our borders.

There's not a single solution to this any more than there is a single solution to addiction to smoking.

But, better education on human development would help. Words/phrases like "blob of tissue" and "product of conception" and "fetus" and "pregnancy" don't do justice for what's going on in a womb when one looks at a human fetalogy textbook.

Getting back to the topic of the thread, Trump does claim to be pro-life now. He has apparently had a change of heart on the issue. If it's true, he's certainly not the first.

God is not going to elect someone who has an evil heart of racism now. As the last 7 years demonstrate, God will allow a people to have whatever they want. While no president is perfect, the one currently in office is more hostile to Christians and Christianity than any other that I know of. All the "Hope and Change" and "Change we need" garbage he campaigned on...we're more divided than ever. The "change" I've got is what's left after he takes my money. God allowed Obama to get elected so I see no reason why Trump(who I consider the lesser of two evils) couldn't.

If Trumps gets in, it will only because he has the money. You got to realize that these candidates are only in it to gain more power, more money, you really think they really actually care about you? Washington corrupts people...nearly everyone that goes there! The hope of many, I think, is that this billionaire would actually not be in there for more money.

Or maybe because he's even admitted he identifies more as a Democrat than as a Republican? Or maybe he explicitly said he's always been passionately pro-choice including partial birth abortion... then flip flops? Or maybe because he explicitly said the government is going to pay for everyone's health care as part of his plan? Maybe it's because he specifically said he "hates the concept of guns" and that he's "not in favor it [them]"... but then flip flops? Or maybe he specifically said Clinton did "above and beyond everybody else" when asked his opinion of Clinton as Secretary of State... now says she was terrible?

We don't need to listen to the media to know Trump is a liberal.

Looks like I had my figures wrong ..it was the republicans with double the vote in Fla... Trump basically tied her with the three other and Rubio ...my point still stands ...Trump will demolish Hillary.

I will vote for Trump over any Democrat as Hillary has proven to be unreliable and Sanders is possibly a communist agent. Trump may be a clown, but so has every other president except for Calvin Coolidge. Also I do not weigh being a Christian much in making a decision to vote for a candidate for political office. I could vote for anything but a muslim. If we require a candidate pass a religious test, how long will it be before the Muslims become a powerful voting block by immigration, conversion, or breeding and elect a Jihadi to the white house that imposes backwards medieval law and customs upon us? None of these governments will stand when Jesus returns, so I have no problem building a high wall separating my church from the State. I say give Trump a chance, if he ain't no good we can fire him in four years.

I never agree with this girl ..but I must admit when she tries to make a political point.. She is very sharp... but very wrong :)

I don't ask why people think he's a liberal... I ask why WOULDN'T people think he's a liberal? He's running for office and suddenly he flip flops on many of his liberal views? I was born at night... but not last night.

I notice you don't really address or acknowledge any of Trump's liberal ideas. You sweep it under the rug. What are you thoughts about his liberal views that he supposedly had a change of heart to? Doesn't it seem quite similar to Hillary Clinton pretending to be against Gay marriage as early as 2010, then suddenly changed in 2013? If you don't realize a politician will say anything to get elected, I pray you have discernment.

Youtube has the complete interviews of most (if not all) of those "sound bites". It's fairly difficult to wiggle out of Clinton being above and beyond any other Secretary of State in history to justify now saying she was essentially terrible.

But I'm pretty objective and open minded... I'll let you explain what Trump really meant?

I think those who have listen to him explain these issues are satisfied with his answers ..none of these issue would hurt him in a general election with a more liberal electorate. He is clearly winning the conservative vote .
