It is the most widely accepted and used the world over. Also the majority taught in higher education. Also gaining ground is modern money theory also macro. Like I said majority employed and studied is macro and new thoughts are mainly just looking at it in a different light.
I have an economics back ground, not sure about it being the most widely accepted or what that even means.
Anyway moving on I is.

Offshoots of his theory are also new Keynesian economics, multiplier effect, and debt neutrality. So why it is the most studied and you should know this.

To understand thought and philosophical views you have to realize nothing happens in a vacuum. Previous thought is built upon prior with a common foundation.

It is like trying to fully understand Marxism and not looking how he built upon Hagel and Hagel built upon Aristotle.

Most widely accepted means can you show me a government in this world that does not subscribe to total spending and government intervention in the economy? Can you show me a nation without a central bank and money being created by borrowing it into existence?

This is what happens when a reality TV show actor becomes president.
You have been watching too much tv. Trump has little to nothing to do with these layoffs, it is due to AI.

The war is over AI and the layoffs are due to AI. The Tariffs were simply making the transition faster, like pulling a bandaid off.

I'm a Republican and I don't understand anything that Trump has done so far.

Starting to regret voting for him big-time.

I'm a vet and cannot understand why he is getting rid of 1000's a VA workers. I'm very disappointed right now.

For starters, he needs to show that guy Musk to the door. Guy has no legal authority to do anything and yet he is firing all kinds of people. Doesn't even know what these people actually do but fires away anyway.

He is making Trump look bad, of course, Trump usually makes himself look bad too.
I'm glad Elon is out.

But MuskRat is a puppet who is controlled by the global elite right? By the military industrial complex which you don't like but secretly love for Canada to be part of it, right?
Or is MuskRat an egomaniac technocrat like you've said? Or perhaps what Alex Jones said?
Why are you so confused?

This is like throwing spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks!
A casino would clean you out with this approach.

It will never happen unfortunately, unless there is a whistleblower like Assange.

This interview made it obvious.... where did all that bravado go?

Have you played that game of a broken telephone as a kid?
You know, where there's a group of 10 kids in a row and the first one whispers something obscure in the next person's ear and then the next person does the same and in the end when the last person says the word or the sentence, everyone has laugh because it has nothing to do with the original message.
That's your train of thought in politics.

Economics background? Cool!! You're obviously very smart, articulate and didn't get affected by the MAGA kool-aid.

I cannot believe for a short while, false hope I guess, I actually believed his dumb rhetoric about ending the wars etc.,

He does not care about human life, he thinks building "resorts" on top of the rubble of dead children is a beautiful thing, reminds of a book by Joseph Conrad, The Heart of Darkness.

Thank you.
