Every person who applies for a visa or desires to move here MUST have certain inoculations and a health exam and have a interview at an American consulate. Now think about the millions that have just waltzed in and received treatment that legal immigrants have no chance of getting. When Donald Trump wins in the court he congratulates the system and says the process is working beautifully. Then when it rules against him, he calls the judge illegitimate and activist.
