Does this mean the pardons for the Jan sixers, that were signed by auto pen are also void?
They weren't signed by auto pen. Social Media images don't give fair reporting on the pictures of the J6 documents.

Fact Check: Did Donald Trump Use an Autopen For Jan 6 Pardons?

The documents people are referring to are copies of the presidential pardons listed on the Federal Register. The Federal Register publishes copies of presidential documents, not original documents, on its website.
Communications staff at the National Archives told fact-checking site Snopes: "At the beginning of each administration, the White House sends a sample of the President's signature to the Office of the Federal Register, which uses it to create the graphic image for all Presidential Documents published in the Federal Register."
Trump's January 6 pardons, where he pardoned over 1,500 individuals convicted or charged in connection with the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot, including some involved in violent confrontations with police officers, were signed by Executive Order on January 20, 2025.

Terrorism, being some domestic terrorist(s) recently set a Tesla location afire, prove peacefully destroying Teslas is an act of abject stupidity. And terrorism.

Stupidity is apparent in those who set their own Teslas afire.Yeah, that'll show Elon. We spent a fortune buying the thing and now it's in the junkyard. Take that Mr.Musk!

It's like those people who burn down stores that serve their community to protest a court verdict decided for someone they don't know. But they're mad so they prove it by destroying their own communities.

And for the morons who are still making payments on the firey Tesla ride, well let's see what statement they're actually making. About themselves.

An arson charge would be just the beginning. Because until it is PIF that ride belongs to the lender.

Then there's the insurance company who may have something to say about the crime. And of course the criminal record lasts a little while. And that credit rating is up in smoke.

Way to show Elon who's boss!
Wait until Trump designates them as domestic terrorists. That will be popcorn worthy cable news. 😂

Presidents have used auto pen for decades. This is really a non-issue.

This regime willfully violate direct orders of the court. This is not a regime of law and order. They have no interest in holding up the law. They are only trying to justify retribution on Biden and their other enemies, however, I think they will go after him regardless. As they seem to be doing whatever they want regardless of the law or the courts rulingseem to be doing whatever they want regardless of the law or the courts rulings.

A judge in a state doesnt have jurisdiction across the entire country.

Oh it's an issue alright when the President in question demonstrated to the entire world that he was not capable of carrying out the duties he was sworn in to carry out. A big issue.

As long as this nation, or any individual, considers the truth optional, then you are correct. Otherwise, not so much.

yes, they do. That’s literally how the system works.

At this point, I believe you and others know this. And you’re choosing to repeat the lie and question reality because that’s the price of emission of fascism.

this is only an issue because Trump wants to take a revenge on his political enemies. I remember Trump and his fascist party saying that the Biden presidency was acting like a banana republic because of the indictments against Trump. And now he wants to go after his political enemies in the same way.

This is not about truth for Trump and his fascist followers. This is about repeating Trump’s lies because it’s the price of emission for fascism.
.

If you want to be a fascist that’s your choice. But I’m not going to repeat your lies and buy into your propaganda. You’ll have to execute me before that will ever happen.

Please prove your assertion regarding the authority or jurisdiction of a State judge. Thank you in advance.

"While the function of judicial review is not explicitly provided in the Constitution, it had been anticipated before the adoption of that document. Prior to 1789, state courts had already overturned legislative acts which conflicted with state constitutions. Moreover, many of the Founding Fathers expected the Supreme Court to assume this role in regard to the Constitution; Alexander Hamilton and James Madison, for example, had underlined the importance of judicial review in the Federalist Papers, which urged adoption of the Constitution.

Despite this background the Court’s power of judicial review was not confirmed until 1803, when it was invoked by Chief Justice John Marshall in Marbury v. Madison. In this decision, the Chief Justice asserted that the Supreme Court's responsibility to overturn unconstitutional legislation was a necessary consequence of its sworn duty to uphold the Constitution. That oath could not be fulfilled any other way. "It is emphatically the province of the judicial depart"

Perhaps it is the left that would like to execute someone because of the swatting and terrorism they are conducting. You call names and call people you do not know liars. It's too bad this is all so painful for you since you have another 3 years and 10 months in which to clutch your pearls and rant.

It seems name calling is the forte of so many of you who have a problem with the truth. I don't follow Trump; I follow Christ. The years that allowed lies to pass for truth and the false kangaroo courts in New York are an issue. The judges who take bribes and judge politics rather than cases are an issue. And so on.

Why would anyone including Trump have political issues if, as the Dems say, this is a democracy? (this country is not a democracy but that's another story) I guess you and others will just have to buckle up for the 4 years of a Trump presidency.

Electric cars are an abomination. A car should run on gas. Just my $0.02.
I think both are good options. I don't believe one should replace the other.

I own a gas vehicle but usually take public transportation everywhere. The public transportations I take runs on gas, diesel or electricity.

This is what they believe apparently. No clue how the government actually operates, let alone the actual Constitution of the US is not a local document. They would love it if the leftist judges ran the country. Total chaos would be the conclusion as can be seen by the incursions in universities and blue cities.

Can you imagine another 10 million illegals with no documents or valid health exam were being allowed to walk in like they owned the country? Every person who applies for a visa or desires to move here MUST have certain inoculations and a health exam and have a interview at an American consulate. EVERY single person from another country that is here legally MUST go through this. Now think about the millions that have just waltzed in and received treatment that legal immigrants have no chance of getting. Free healthcare, schooling, homes (in some cases) cars (in some cases) food etc etc etc.

Maybe there’s something to the auto pen claim that’s up to a court to decide.

My claim is it wouldn’t matter either way because he’s gonna do what he wants regardless.

Right now, Trump and his followers are lying about this country, the constitution and the laws of the land.

Trump and his followers called Biden and the Democrat’s liars and now when we do the same thing it’s all of a sudden wrong when it’s done by Patriots, who love this country and are not fascist it’s wrong?

Look man you have chosen your path. There’s nothing I can say to you to change your opinion. If I’m gonna be called a liar then when I see liars, I’m not gonna hold my tongue and I’m gonna call them a liar in return.

Like I said, buckle up cause you cannot do anything about the nonsense you believe. Enjoy the truth for a change. Name calling is just a cheap way to avoid dealing with actually educating yourself. Enjoy your day.

When Donald Trump wins in the court he congratulates the system and says the process is working beautifully. Then when it rules against him, he calls the judge illegitimate and activist.

This is how we have literally done things for hundreds of years. It’s how the Republicans appealed things under Biden and got things overturned.
the Republicans appealed things under Biden and got things overturned.

It’s ridiculous because you all follow and agree to the process when it works in your favor, but when it doesn’t, that’s when you have a problem with it.

It’s like a Orwellian dark comedy.

I wonder how many of you are actually bots?
Are you making a complaint against this site? You could be crossing the line. Contain your anger instead of just trying to insult people.

it has nothing to do with the site. Bots are all over the Internet.

Besides, I deleted that from my original comment.

You have to understand that well I’ve been on this site. I have been called worse. all of you people are saying things that if the Democrats said well, Biden was president you would call them traders to the country. It’s just completely unreal. I’ve posted government websites saying that the courts have the power to overturn decisions. And you and others just ignore it and don’t engage. What am I to do with that other than to think that you know the truth and you’re just repeating your parties propaganda?

Wait, what am I to think about this? The Republican Party was taking Biden to state courts and challenging his decisions and getting them overturned and now their condemning the same process they used against Biden I just don’t get it. Can you really believe what you’re saying I just don’t think that’s true. I think you have to at some point just be repeating things you know aren’t true

hey that's crossing the thin Texas red line there, I've still got a Tyco electric slot car set that me and my grandchildren play with and I'm not parting with it abomination or not.
