I don't know how their constitution works but America has an amendment clause which basically States all laws must have a secular purpose. Meaning you don't get to pass laws that favor anyone religion or laws that are against anyone religion

In the western part you see almost every country with sodomarriages, but as soon as you cross the line in the center, you see countries, SECULAR countries constitutionally defining marriage as an union between a man and a woman.
Can two men produce a child? Can two women produce a child?
