That does not make sense. If the assassination of JFK was "the start of everything" then you have to say that the formation of the CIA was the start of everything. Once you have an agency of the government whose job description includes committing every crime there is against others but with a pinky swear that they won't do the same to Americans, that seems like a very big line to cross.

Yeah, I should have stated the "beginning of the end of everything" nothing happens over night, it takes years, but yes the CIA was definitely another start.

It’s intriguing to watch the anti western sentiments at play in this thread. I’m a product of western culture and I will defend these values and not the values of cultures that are chanting about how gruesome deaths they are wishing upon us.

The assassination of John of Kennedy changed everything and started the down ward slide to less and less independence.

I see a fracture in the MAGA movement between two camps, one being the real America First, non Interventionist, true Conservative and the other fake neo-con war mongers which caters to a foreign state first.

While the uni-polar world of the USA maybe over, I think it's strength is needed to keep a balance of power with BRICS.

BRICS would likely plunge the 1st world nations into 2nd or 3rd world status. I'm hoping that a second industrial revolution will pull our countries out of that fate.
