Hopefully a regime change will see pardons.
Its not sedition when they volunarily left. They werent driven out by force. At worse they were trespassing.
i older lady i know well had her grandson spend 45 days in a federal prison for walking into the capital, after being waved in by cops, taking a few selfies, walking out.
45 days in a federal pen, 2 states away.

he ( and many more ) were waved in by cops. they took down barriers and waved folks in.

the kid of whom i am speaking walked in with a crowd, took a few selfies, walked back out.

after that, he posted them on his social media, identified by the f b i, and then arrested.

oh, and there was no " insurrection". there was a few hundred people out of a crowd of over half a million who acted out..

Wasn‘t there damage done to the capital and defecation on the walls and ectera and If the cops waved them In maybe some were Innocent but I think that by them being there they were guilty by association.

Wouldn't that mean that the cops that waived them in are also "guilty by association"? Also we have the police chief's testimony that he was not advised of any of the intelligence nor was he given support for 45 minutes. So shouldn't Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer be guilty by association since they are in charge of security?

Guilty of what crime, trespassing? Do we really throw people in jail for 10 years fo this crime? I thought it was a misdemeanor, no?

Also, if damage was done then it should be on the camera who did it. Why aren't those who did the damage charged with that crime while those who were simply trespassing and taking selfies given fines?

We have several major crimes -- the guy who planted a pipe bomb. That guy should be in prison for 17 years, where is he?

Ray Epps who we have videotape evidence of him inciting a riot and assault. That guy should be in prison for five years.

The people breaking windows, why aren't they in jail?

Why do they pretend that the video evidence is some kind of top secret video? Most of the video is of areas that people walk through every day and would be easy for anyone in any country to get video of. Certainly video of the outside of the building with them smashing the windows shouldn't be considered "top secret". Video of the guy who planted the pipe bomb and used his phone, that should be simple to track him down.

They are prosecuting Trump for saying to peacefully let your voices be heard. If that is a crime, then surely Ray Epps inciting people to enter the capital is a crime.

They are prosecuting Trump for having an event, saying by association he planned this. Well he is in charge of security at the Whitehouse, nothing happened there. Shouldn't those in charge of the security at the Capital (Pelosia and Schumer) be held accountable for "planning this by association"?

Trespassing is "entering without permission". If the cops waive you in then how is that trespassing?

The cops that waved them In are guilty of some kind of crime too IMO and should be held accountable too they should know better than that and the people that they say trespassed we’re probably trespassed because they should have known that they were wrong even If they were waved In by some of the cops they are not kids although they might act like kids that don’t know better just like some people that walk Into stores and start taking stuff without paying for It and the workers not trying to stop them doesn’t make Them Innocent and those people Involved In the Insurrection are not Innocent either.

So we ignore everyone else who is guilty?

If I was responsible for security at the high school and I waived people in who then trashed the place I would be fired.

If people are going to jail for 10-17 years for entering the capital building then by all means shouldn't the cops who waived them in be fired?

When I was a stock broker I would look for good investments. There is a basic concept that the market will ultimately price everything at what it is worth. So then the only way to find really good investments is to find something that is currently not priced correctly, so that when it is, what we call a "correction" then you would be on the right side of that trade. I soon realized that if all the relevant information about a company is transparent then it will be priced correctly. So the companies I was looking for were the ones that were not "transparent". Finding good investments meant finding liars. Some liars are "pump and dump". They tell you to buy so that they can sell at a higher price. Others are those who like the short squeeze, get a whole bunch of people to short something that they are buying so they can buy at a low price and then squeeze the shorts into having to buy it back from you at a much higher price.

So there is another saying in the industry, "money doesn't lie". You soon learn everyone has an agenda to either sell you on buying or selling. It doesn't mean they are lying, but if the big money is selling when they are telling you to buy that is a huge tip and vice versa.

In the same way we should realize that everyone who is telling you the news for free has an agenda. It doesn't mean they are a liar. But you aren't paying their salary and you aren't keeping the lights on, someone else is doing that, and they have an agenda. We make fun of the National Enquirer, but they are simply transparent with their agenda.

So then if someone is telling you a story (Jan 6th in this case) they have an agenda, if they are not transparent with the facts then they are covering up something and that is deceitful.

They impeached Donald Trump over the Jan 6th event. But when that failed they threatened to charge him criminally but then balked. Why? Because Trump said that Pelosi would be called as a witness. This tells me that Pelosi has something to hide and is not being honest.

So now I know I have a liar here and at some point the truth will get out and there will be a correction. The next question is which way is the money going? The entire MSM is trying to sell me a story they want me to buy which means that is what the big money is selling. If the rich and powerful are selling, why am I being a sucker and buying?

I don't agree with this equivalency with store clerks. Many store employees who do try to stop a thief are then fired because that is against their policy.

Stores have insurance to cover theft, they have cameras and there are police who are the ones responsible for this. Call the cops. Suppose an employee mistakenly tackles an innocent woman who wasn't involved in shoplifting. Now she sues. The criminal might have been stealing $200 worth of goods but now company loses $20 million in a lawsuit. As a result of the potential liability the insurance companies demand these policies where store employees do not try to interfere. Therefore, not only does the store owner lose $20 million the insurance company won't pay it.

I was a teacher and we had very strict rules about not intervening in a fight with students. The minute a teacher intervenes it opens the school district up to big lawsuits. So we had cops in the building that had to come and break up the fights.

I was trying to draw attention to the people that came In and that they were guilty of trespassing because they Knew that they were doing wrong even If they were waved In and as far as Nancy Pelosi, maybe she should be accountable for something too when It comes to the Insurrection but nevertheless those that were there have NO excuse being seen on camera doing wrong and they are grown and could have stayed home.

What I am pointing out is that someone who is waived into the capital building taking selfies is a very tiny part of the story. Go ahead, give them a fair trial, allow them to see relevant video that might exonerate them and give them a fair judgment.

But the bigger part of the story are the people who died, the pipe bomb, the people instigating this, the people breaking windows, the people who came prepared to break in, and the people who supervised it. To my understanding none of them have been charged. Also, the police chiefs testimony definitely blames Pelosi for not giving him the intelligence briefs, for lying about that, and for not sending troops for 45 minutes once things went south.

If you are only prosecuting useful idiots you have not got to the bottom of this.

in the case i was speaking of, the kid had video on his phone of the cops waving folks in, but the judge refused to allow that to be entered as evidence.

That is not justice. That is not transparency. Regardless you know that the Feds have plenty of video that they refuse to share.

This is why I used the analogy of the stock broker, if I saw this I would know immediately this is not being "properly priced" because it is not being transparent with the information. I would also know that whatever the MSM and big money guys are trying to sell, time to do the opposite. If they want to pin this on Trump my money is on this being pinned on Pelosi.
