What is artificial fake?

Simulation of human intelligence most surely being implemented upon the "HILL."
The word “artificial” is defined as “imitation; simulated; sham” with synonyms such
as fake, false, mock, counterfeit, bogus, phony and factitious.

Intelligence has been defined in many ways: the capacity for abstraction, logic, understanding,
self-awareness, learning, emotional knowledge, reasoning, planning, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
This most surely not being implemented upon the "HILL."

'The above is all that most surely can be concluded happening upon the "HILL."

Civil and military officers and personnel must develop the skills to make the appropriate leadership decisions when guidance may be vague on how best to support and defend the Constitution. They must take the time to identify capabilities for addressing the entire spectrum of conflict and wrestle with ways of resolving conflicting priorities. Individuals at all levels must focus on the needs of the nation rather than on the desires of their department or service. Finally, all personnel must embrace the moral foundation symbolized in the phrase so help me God since it is the heart and soul of the success of future generations of Americans.

Remember this,
Once given, the Oath is binding for life, unless renounced, refused, and abjured. It does not cease upon the occasions of leaving office or of discharge.

RESTORATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL
COMMON LAW TRIAL BY JURY

Everyone who understands the purposes and functions of Jurors in Trial by Jury realizes the importance of restoring and maintaining Trial by Jury as the means of settling all causes, civil, criminal and fiscal.

The authentic Constitutional Common Law Trial by Jury defined and prescribed by Magna Carta, functions (is intended to function) as follows,

firstly, as a barrier to protect the innocent citizenry from the crimes of arbitrary (tyrannical; corrupt) government and the incompetence or prejudices of fallible justices ('judges');

secondly, as a means of halting and expunging unwanted legislation from being forced on the population; and thirdly, to ascertain guilt or innocence of those accused of civil or common crimes.

Restoration of Trial by Jury is of fundamental importance because genuine Trial by Jury remains the sole (peaceful) means of citizens upholding for themselves, their rights, justice, liberty and ownership of property, in the face of threats from any quarter to those definitive civilized norms. Hence, Thomas Jefferson’s "anchor":

"I consider Trial by Jury as the only anchor yet imagined by man, by which a government can be held to the principles of its constitution." -- U.S. President Thomas Jefferson; Author of the Declaration of Independence; co-Founder of the Democratic Party (which today, in 2008, has virtually abandoned Jeffersonian Principles.)

The German Top Secret Intelligence Report

This report was "leaked" by a German source in June of 2002 to a number of interested individuals.

Subsequently a copy of the document was sent to the German Embassy in Washington for comment or verification. The reply they gave after their receipt of the attached document was that the papers had been sent on to Germany for comment on their authenticity. After a reasonable lapse of time, the Embassy was again contacted and at that point we were advised that "the German authorities would neither confirm nor deny the authenticity nor the authorship of" the document.

In view of this response, and the comments within the document, it is presented as "interesting information." The original document has been scanned and follows the translation.

On Monday August 6, 2001, at 17:50, [German] Ambassador Ischinger personally notified the President of the United States that information developed by the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz [German domestic secret service] as well as the BND [Bundesnachrichtendienst, German foreign secret service] indicated clearly that an attack by a radical Arab group partially based in Germany was to occur on September 10-11, 2001. The President was at that time in residence at his farm in Texas. Our [German] Ambassador was acting in direct response to instructions from Foreign Minister Fischer.

This information was developed from official surveillance of Arab extremist groups operating in the Federal Republic as well as from intercepted communications between the Embassy of Israel and the Israeli Foreign Ministry in Tel Aviv concerning this matter.

The information was “gratefully received” by the U.S. President who stated at the time that he was also aware of the same pending assaults.

Subsequent to these attacks, the office of the U.S. President, through the U.S. Department of State, made an urgent request to the Federal Government [of Germany] that no reference whatsoever should be made to the official warnings given by Ambassador Ischinger.

In order to clarify the background of this matter, this Gesamtübersicht [overall survey] of the events leading to the assault was prepared, basing on extracts of reports from our [BND’s] stations abroad.
