My, how things change. Donald in 2016.

The Donald speaks with forked tongue: on the one hand he claims they're not going to touch Medicaid; but on the other he says the only thing they will do to Medicaid is cut waste, fraud and abuse. So he leave the door open to "touch" it all he wants so long as it's "waste, fraud and abuse."

In the House bill, tens of thousands of people will be thrown off Medicaid. I'm supposed to believe that's all from waste fraud and abuse? It doesn't even make sense. If they're trimming off waste, fraud and abuse, that should leave more money for people who really need it, not less.
