Hahaha this was hilarious.
We can definitely talk about the Cold War but I don’t think anyone here has wanted to talk about it, because I have brought it up a few times before.
First of all the majority of Albanians don’t like Hoxha, only some people older than me lol if you can imagine that.
They liked him because of law and order but that’s because their families didn’t get affected by his “law and order”.
He was the equivalent of Kim Un in North Korea and like Stalin.
A horrible man who went nuts by the power of dictatorship.
He impoverished Albania by taking away all private property, destroying all the churches and made himself to be worshiped.
Exactly just like Kim in North Korea.
And some people like him, go figure.
Anyway, Jared Kushner has is building a resort in one of the island of Albania and the prime minister approved it.
The relation of Albania and USA is one of the warmest relations in Europe.
When Bush Jr was touring Europe in 2007, everyone in all the countries he visited gave him the worst reception but in Albania they gave him a hero’s welcome.
People do this first and firemen’s because USA recognized Albanian independence from Turkey in 1912 and Woodrow Wilson acknowledged the independence as opposed to breaking up Albania between world powers at the time.
I can say a lot more but I know that it’s not an interesting topic for most, since folks don’t even want to talk about the Cold War and lessons learned.

In the US ,EU news will come up just searching news but only if it pertains to the US if not you have to search for EU news specifically. Searching EU news specifically then brings the pages up that doesn't make front page type news. I saw this which would be in line with your comment of "Defending Europe" and so Greenland being Danish territory would mean it falls under NATO/EU status of territory to defend from attack. It seems Denmark is joining in along with Sweden and Norway in upping their Draft/conscription also.

Asking the EU population to collect up 72 hours of food,water and other supplies could also mean that the EU and NATO looks at places like Greenland as EU soil under NATO agreements the same as the US see's it's US Territories and could mean NATO troops from the EU could be deployed to Greenland? I would think 72 hours worth of food would spoil over five years if the EU's intention is to store it up for a 2030 invasion by Russia. On the other hand if Greenland is a EU territory then it would ruffle feathers if one of it's NATO members decided that the minerals and other resources only belonged to them and it was an attack on EU soil. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Territories_of_the_United_States
