When Adam and Eve sinned, they separated themselves from God. Once the separation was made, murder became the norm for humankind. And it happened fast. Cain murdered his brother Abel.

And you know what???????? Cain didn't have a gun. Murder has been rampant throughout history, without guns.

People are at fault, but pundits want to lay the blame on guns. Go figure.

In fact, when speaking of mass killing of children, guns weren't involved at all.

If 500 people are killed each year in these mass shootings in schools do you think that is sufficient to take away guns from law abiding people who use those guns to hunt, put food on their table and help keep the wildlife in a good balance since we have already removed predators?

(I would point out that farmers use night vision goggles and the so called "assault rifles" mistakenly labeled since AR actually refers to the name of the company manufacturing the rifle. They use them to kill feral hogs and coyotes that cause billions of dollars worth of damage to the food. I would also point out that if people are starving to death destroying a billion dollars worth of food can be equated to a certain number of people dying.)

Why is it that Gideon didn't answer this question. It is simple. It is much less than 500 children killed each year in school shootings, over the last 30 years it has been 175, that works out to about 6 per year. But a couple of crazy people kill six children in a year so you should take away 300 million guns from law abiding citizens and give them to a government that has the biggest budget for guns in human history.

Those guns are used to reduce the damage that certain animals do to crops which is in the billions of dollars, they are used to put food on the table and they are used to maintain a balance of certain animals because we have killed off the predators (wolves, bears, lions, etc).

What is also true is that until a commitment is made to eradicate the underlying cause, nothing will change.
And it should be at least somewhat understandable that people will push back on an OP that is blatantly false. For example, did you know that those in the US who have qualified for concealed carry have the lowest incidence of crime of any group, including law enforcement personnel? It's true.

Certain members of those groups stick together.
Some of them infiltrated my classes, they were treated by me with grace. They were given blessings and in exchange cursed me as much as they were able to. Then they tried to instigate division, literally scripted unbelievable trash talk. Then I kicked those attendees out of any further communications.
God has protected us through the attacks. He is certainly greater than all our enemies.

Everyone should know. It's a mental health issue. Normal people don't resolve issues by killing other people.
Blaming it on guns will never solve the problem. Guns may facilitate greater numbers of deaths, but long before guns existed murder was present.

They use all types of weapons. That's why I taught children, parents and professionals how to deal with any common weapons depending on achievement level and age.

I don't think man is behaving any better than volcanoes or tropical storms. And this are the "natural course" of things when spiritual things aren't allowed to be factored in. Things like having dinner and discussion with your family has both natural and spiritual effect to our physical lives and mental health. And doesn't it sound ridiculous to think of a father or a mother threatening to ground their child from their gun? But it puts the condition we currently find ourselves into perspective.
