I met CeCe about 20 years ago (give or take). Some members of her family lived a couple doors down from us. The Winans had a church not too far from us where CeCe would go. The member that lived near us was a pastor (of a different church) and performed our wedding ceremony. Very nice family. I also met her brothers decades before that when I lived down town. They were nice too.
