It looks like a doll that you can try and customize to how you like it. The advertisement for this doll may be a little much. Still I think it is a neat you can make the doll a boy or girl and change not just the clothes but the hair.
The one thing that concerns me is the “he plays like a girl.” A boy should not be wearing dresses. It’s the attempt to try and normalize men wearing women’s clothes.

Yeah that is why I said the advertisement is a bit much. Chances are young children will not be thinking about these adult concepts such as gender change or trangenderism. They would probably just be having fun. It is the adults and maybe some older children who may make such connections. As long as the doll' s " personal parts" are neutral and cannot change( such as from girl to boy) I am ok with the doll itself. There is a doll on the market that can change even that. That for me goes too far.
